WORST HAIR SHOP EVER THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 40 YEARS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUALLY DISGRACEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM. I ORDERED £500.00 WORTH OF BUNDLES FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND COMMUNICATED WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OK TO PURCHASE ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE TRAVELLED OVER 1 HOUR TO THEIR STORE AND UPON ARRIVAL THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED OUR ONLINE PURCHASE THAT WAS MADE FOR COLLECTION THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER DID NOT MATCH WITH THE PURCHASE DESPITE THE FACT WE DID CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES INCLUDING AFTER THE PURCHASE. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAQUE ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SHOP WITH CHEAP ALI EXPRESS HAIR.

After reviewing your order, we noted that the information provided—email, telephone number, and address—was incomplete or invalid, which led to the transaction being flagged by our payment processor for security reasons. To ensure the safety of all our customers and prevent potential fraudulent activity, we were unable to proceed with the order.
As a result, we issued a full refund immediately. However, as the contact details provided were incorrect, it appears you may not have received the refund notification. We would be happy to provide confirmation of the refund upon request.

This store is amazing they have all the best hair care products in one place. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful, and I’ve used their own brand of hair extensions Stephnel and can honestly say they are the best hair extensions I’ve ever tried! Highly recommend this shop I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A brilliant family-run business. 5* service. They matched the best quality 100% human hair extensions exactly to my natural hair. They also have a wide range of hair products suitable for all. Their attention to detail is amazing. Thank you

Best hair shop in the UK. I get all my beard oils, clippers, gel and all cosmetics for the family from here and I always have. Best service and best prices. Would highly recommend.
