The coat took 3 weeks to arrive. I did not want it or like it but could not get the company to take it back or reimburse me. It has been months now and messages rarely get answered. The last one offered a discount. They obviously don’t want these coats back and I don’t blame them for that but I want my money back!!!!

This is a fake company. They Have blatantly stolen these images. This shop and the goods they sell are nothing to do with what you will receive if you order from them.
A “cashmere” jumper will arrive weeks later stuffed into a plastic bag and it will be the cheapest sweatshirt imaginable.
They contact you after you order like any good company would but then you will not be able to contact them again. Email address not answered. No way to send goods back.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Beware on Facebook and Instagram. They sell under other names too. Same shop front - different name. November 2025.

Bought a Cashmere Jumper and received a 100% polyester cheap tacky one instead. No replies to emails. Currently trying to refund from credit card.
False advertising stating British family business when in fact not and product sent from China.
Do not buy from this company.

Like others I wouldn’t even grace this company with one star if I could.Do not deal with Charlotte Bristol, they take your money, eventually send very inferior quality products and do not respond when you want to return. In fact I think you have to return to China and if you get that far I suspect you wouldn’t get a refund. Avoid at all costs

Wish I’d seen this before purchasing.
Looks nothing like the advert and the quality is dire. No response to emails, their so called returns policy is a lie. This is a scam company and should be shut down.

If I could put zero stars I would.
I ordered a dress from the Charlotte Bristol website, it took ages to be delivered and the material is awful and not like the picture at all.
I have been trying to contact the company via email to return the item and NO reply.
Of course - there are no telephone numbers to be able to speak to a human being!
I wish I had read the reviews here beforehand, but this dress has been on numerous other sites, I did try Temu but it was out of stock - perhaps it was a completely different dress on there which was much more popular. At least Temu and Shein you can return items with no fuss.

I ordered a jumper on 16th December and it has not arrived! I have been told that it is with the courier as of 23rd December. I have emailed them several times but have had no reply! The payment went to the Netherlands? I would advise people not to use this company

Scammed. Fraudulent misleading website. Am emailing every day and have had no response.
Will try a chargeback as purchased on a credit card
Jumpers ordered are awful quality and have no labels in them

As all other reviews, a disgraceful company, almost fraudulent. Wish I’d checked here before ordering. Weeks waiting for very poor quality jumper, & then boots that looked ok but sizing ridiculous. Have to pay for return postage back to ‘Asia’! Will give them away rather than do that.

Can’t write any more than other reviewers. DO NOT order from this site. I spent £90 plus and the goods were rubbish. Kept two although very poor quality and thought I’d return a coat. No consistent customer service support so in the end gave the coat to charity.

This is a fake company. I ordered two sweaters that looked beautiful. When they eventually arrived, they were cheap and badly designed. I ordered large because I like long, baggy knitwear, but these were skimpy. Avoid buying from this site. I recognise some of the clothes on their website from some time ago, when I also fell for an online marketing scam and received nasty, cheap knitwear.

They say they are from Bristol , total scam they are from China , Cheap rubbish , don’t fit you cannot send it back , Well you can if you send to China at your cost , save your money don’t purchase you’ll end up putting it in the bin

Complete scam. This is not a UK company, the products are rubbish and the delivery time is long because they only sell cheap polyester goods from China. Contact is impossible and they don't have a returns address on the website and ignore emails

I was fooled by what looked like a premium website advertising on FB and bought a jumper in the sale for £39.99. It took 3 weeks to arrive with no invoice or returns info … horrible quality … cheap synthetic fabric, colours nothing like the advert and size was tiny. I wish I’d read TrustPilot reviews. DO NOT buy from this company.

The jumper took over 4 weeks to arrive. When it did it was nothing like advertised, really poor quality, overlocking threads hanging out of the shoulder seam, edges not finished and snags in a sleeve. I have contacted the company to return the item but don’t hold out much hope of a reply. I will contact the bank to see about a refund.

The jumper took 20 days to arrive, I was fooled into thinking the garment was in stock in the UK, when it arrived the sleeves are too short and the item is not what was advertised. The quality it unbelievably poor and not what I would consider wearing.
I wish I had looked at these reviews prior to ordering. - has anyone returned and received a refund from this scam of a company, I have sent 3 emails so far and not had any replies, there is no phone number to call either?

Ordered the Angelina pullover, what arrived after several weeks bore no comparison to the photo on Facebook. When I asked for a prepaid returns form (which, according to consumer rights you are entitled to) I was offered a 15% refund and the shameful advice that “if you don’t like the pullover you can give it to charity”
