Impossible to return, I ordered 2 blazers al $69 each so not so I thought it would be ok
But no, I have donated these items to a charity shop but I’ve learnt my lesson

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Ordered a maxi dress that looked beautiful in the photo but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture and the quality was awful. Tried to get a refund of about €40 but was told I had to send it back first to China which would have cost as much and I would still have no guarantee of a refund. Purchased through PayPal so asked for their help but they were useless. I guess they still get their commission regardless so I am reluctant to use PayPal again. Keep well away, fraud fraud fraud. P.S. I was even embarrassed to hand the dress in to the charity shop.

!!!SCAM!!!! Utterly disgusted with them!!! I bought 3 dresses in November and still have not recieved it and it is now May. Thats 6 months!!!! I was in contact with Joan from customer service going back and forth saying the traditional customer service things even saying that I can cancel my order. When I was finally over being patient and decided to cancel my order and get my money back. She has yet to respond and it has been 3 weeks! So hopefully whoever goes to buy something from here will head my misfortune this website is a scam!!

Ordered pants in December of 2019... it’s April 2020. No refund and no pants. Fraud!!

Scam. I ordered a lovely dress to wear to my grandson's wedding. when the dress finally did arrive, (it took much longer than stated) it was way smaller than it should have been and the quality was poor. I tried to exchange or return, and I did get some responses, but what they promised never happened. then they just stopped responding completely. so, I was unable to get another dress and of course, no money back.
Don't order from this site. You will definitely get ripped off

Ordered a pretty lacy dress in July 2019. In October I received a hideous sack made from awful material. Nothing like the online image. Sent it back to the address provided at my own expense for a refund and the damn thing was returned to me today almost 4 months later!! I can’t get rid of it. And no refund, obviously. It’s in the bin, now. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely awful! I ordered a sweater and never received it. They made ME do the research to try to track it down, which of course I did. Then it took forever to get a refund. This website and online store is a joke and should be shut down by the BBB.

Although the pictures of their so called goods are beautiful, what you get is quite the contrary. The wait is extraordinary and the product looks nothing like what you ordered. The only thing that will be as expected is what it is: a sweater for a sweater. I am absolutely furious!

Awful, I've been waiting about 5 months for two dresses.
They told me it would be here within another month. It's at 6 months, the worse. They haven't even refunded me yet!!

I Ordered several items from them and what I was sent looked nothing like what was featured on their website. I later found out that many of the images they had on their website were copied from Etsy.com. I contested the charges with my credit card company and got my money back. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. This company is a complete scam; they upload pictures of high quality, very expensive, custom made Etsy items and send you complete garbage.They engage in selling counterfeit merchandise; do not make the same mistake I did and buy from them. Check out the complaints against them on Yelp under OTC out of Chino, California.

They sell garbage. Beautiful pictures, awful dresses. Do not order from them!

Scam company. Returned product and they said I would get my money back. They sent me an address to send it to China I sent it and it cost me $23.50. I mailed it 9/23/19 and I still haven't got refund and now they tell me they never got it. These guys are liars and they tell me oh it's probably in transit . BS today is December 4th it is not in transit they just steal your money

Well my dress finally arrived after 4 months. And the gorgeously photographed elegant bohemian dress I had coveted turned out to be a cheap lacy potato sack. Shame on this crappy company, but shame on me for thinking that something elegant would be sold like this at this price point.
This experience reminded me of all the ills of "fast fashion" - the scams, the cheap textiles wrecking havoc on our environment, the factories normalizing a 70 hour work week for poor people so that we can "ooh and ahh" at the prices then be disappointed by the inevitable crap of the end product.
Now I thrift, and I must say, I've found some quite elegant dresses :)

So sad!!!! The clothing is hideous..... nothing like the pictures. I feel totally cheated. The people who run this site have some heavy Karma coming their way. Shame on them!!!!!

My sister placed an order for one item as a gift for me 40 days ago! Still waiting.... I believe this company is a scam and I will probably never get her gift. Don't order from this so called company!!!!!

Buy at your own risk. I have used this website twice to purchase clothing and the first time was uneventful except one of the item I have purchased looked nothing like the one in the picture but I thought, "Hey, I can fix this so I never requested a return or an exchange". On September 2nd, 2019 as I was preparing for an oversea travel, I purchased 5 more items thinking it should be fine, I got 3 out of 5 of the items I have purchased before I was scheduled to leave so I thought the remaining 2 items would just wait for me in the mailbox when I come home. Wrong, nothing happened at all, and it is now Oct 15, 2019, more than a month after the order was made and they never even bothered to contact me regarding the partially fulfilled order. I tried to contact them, although they did respond fairly quickly but the email they have sent me were generic, and then merely said "your order was delivered, call fed ex yourself." excuse me? No, so I screenshot their own website and told them if your website says "partial fulfillment" guess what, it means you did not complete the job. They have not owned up to any of the responsibility as a merchant, and never apologized for what is happening. And now they are just trying to avoid type of responsibilities. From all of the reviews I have read on here, apparently, I am merely one of the stories. I am very curious, as a company you claimed your mission is "to ensure that [customers] have satisfied shopping experience on [charmeric]", how have you tried to change so people are actually satisfied? I am extremely dissatisfied with this company as I do not feel safe to continue to do business with them if this is how they handle their customers. I have shopped on many clothing websites including the ones from China, and this by far has been the worse. Sorry, never again. Shop at your own risk, but don't expect them to resolve anything if you happen to be the next unhappy story.

I ordered in July and didn't get my items until mid October. I am still missing an item. there is no realway to contact them. When I emailed their customer service email on their sight, they sent a generic email stating I would receive my items in 21 days...that's the email I got every time I sent an email to them. Plus the clothes are crappy quality.
Save your money & run fast!!!

Absolutely a rip off and scammers! They use pictures from legitimate companies to get you to purchase their merchandise. I have ordered a top months ago and have yet received it. They said that my order was on back order but yet again, I haven’t received any updated information yet. I’m reporting this company as fraud and I wouldn’t waste your time. Buy from a company that puts effort into their clothing.

Scammers and thieves!!!! Took my money never got my top. I've reported them to all places to have them investigated and shut down. Than jail for fraud and theft.

This site is a scam. don't buy anything at Charmeric ... the dress I bought came completely wrong, not even the color was alike, poor quality fabric ... I had to throw it in the trash ... total disappointment. I felt cheated and paid dearly for it.
