Did not have a good experience with this company. Unlike other online glasses companies, customer service is not their priority. Stuck with glasses that I cannot use. No exchanges, no corrections, no credit, no returns. Do not recommend. China based. (No phone number for customer support / No address given) EDIT: I never asked for a return/refund. Like all other online glasses companies, when any problem arises, they work with the customer to rectify the problem. You refused to even do this. My only option was to purchase an entirely new set of glasses at a "discounted" rate. Period. I recently worked with 2 other companies (GlassesUSA / Zenni) whose policies were immediate return for correction - regardless of "custom built." That's what glasses companies do - "custom build" products; and what all companies deal with on a daily basis. "The difficulty arose because the prescription provided was unfortunately incorrect." Yes - and your company's only reply was to "buy another pair." They claim they "have been running [their] official website for several years" - early 2025 with Trustpilot reviews beginning in mid-2025. The company doesn't even allow Google or Yelp reviews. Rather than reach out personally and try to rectify this "unfortunate" mix-up with a customer fairly, the company chose to reply here with a policy statement that basically says: "You buy. Bye-bye." I stand by my review.

For some reason when I ordered a pair of glasses from Charmoo, my Credit Card was declined, We now think it was a security issue. After it was declined several times, I got with my Credit Card company, Nothing on their end, So I got with Charmoo's customer service. We tried several things over two days and finally got it done, But they never gave up trying to solve the problem and were always so apologetic and sorry for the problem, At the end, They gave me a nice discount on my purchase for the problem. I can't wait to get my glasses, and I'm sure I will order with Charmoo again. If their glasses are half as good as their customer service they should be great!

The customer service at Charmoo has been great! I made some mistakes on my ordering and they are taking care of me with understanding and options to make things right. They are quick to respond, which is what important to me. The glasses though I ordered the strength wrong are very stylish and well made. This was my first experience with Charmoo, and it will not be my last! My husband also ordered his glasses from Charmoo and when chatting with them, he was so impressed with how nice they were and answered his questions. Their pricing is very fair, in fact, I am going to order my sunglasses from them. They have an amazing amount of selections and there is a virtual section that you can see what the frames look like! Go ahead and give Charmoo a try!

I needed sturdy reliable reading glasses. I’m tired of dollar store plastic glasses that break easily. I ordered from Charmoo. Their ordering process is very easy to navigate. The glasses arrived in the mail and I am very pleased with them. I need new nose pads and their customer service responded with options quickly. I highly recommend Charmoo for their quality and service.

My first pair had some difficulty, and I wanted to return; cost to return more than cost of the glasses :-), so they offered a notable discount on the replacement glasses I ordered. These were rimless and within a couple of weeks one the fittings on one lens came loose. They offered to pay for the trip to an optician to fix. Fortunately, the optician did not charge. They stayed by me all the way.

This company has VERY reasonable rates. I had them make the vintage frames with progressive RX. They came today and the product looks high quality and the progressive RX with add on readers were perfect. Cost was less than 1/2 what lenscrafters wanted. Manufacturing and shipping takes about 3 weeks but if you want a selection not offered by other then Carmoo.com is the place to go. Thanks for a good job.

These glasses worked out better than I expected! They were great for driving and sightseeing on my trip to Italy. They allowed me to see the road and my dashboard/maps. The photochromic lenses made it so I didn't have to swap between glasses and sunglasses all the time.

5 stars for the customer service, it was seriously great. They responded quickly and sorted out my invoices for me.
