Our church is extremely disappointed and we do NOT recommend using CharterUP for your transportation needs. In February, our Youth Ministry booked two 56 PAX buses for $3,500 for a night out in April of this year. Not only did we pay the deposit on time and complete all additional payments, but I also contacted CharterUP the week of our trip confirming that we were all set to go, and received an email back saying, "Everything has been set up, and it is good to go for your trip scheduled on April 17 -18, 2026." Three days before our trip, I received an email and a call that our entire transportation had been cancelled. They did not give an explanation other than the buses were unavailable, and they gave us another rate of over $9,000 to book 2 new buses. They were only willing to credit us $713.01 to help us pay for these new buses, which was over double what we originally booked, which we of course had to deny and walk away with zero buses for our trip, and they could only provide us with our money back. Three days before our trip that was booked months in advance, we now have 89 students without transportation, and the only help they could offer was a rate over $9,000. At High Praises Church we will never be using CharterUP again, and will highly recommend all others stay away from this company as well.

Our driver Mr. Soon was a complete professional. Unfortunately he didn’t speak too much English but his driving did the talking for him. One of the best drivers we have ever had, he made our experience a wonderful one! He was courteous, respectful and was in constant eye contact with me.
We would definitely ride with your company again and request him as our driver!!

Our experience with Charter Up was phenomenal. Their customer service team promptly answered all of my questions before our trip and the bus, which was clean and well appointed, arrived early. The driver, Kevin, was amazing. He met us for both of our pick ups at exactly the time we'd agreed upon. He also did an incredibly good job both navigating DC's narrow streets and backing up into a seemingly impossible parking space in front of one of our destinations. We will definitely use Charter Up again!

Brittany was so awesome. She was professional, timely, and courteous, safe driver as well!! she had to maneuver around a couple of bad drivers and we watched her drive us safely through downtown Tampa like a pro!!

The bus trip was very nice the bus was very nice, the driver was perfect loved him would love to have that driver again.

We hired them for a wedding transportation and the driver showed up 45 minutes late. When he finally arrived, he set off in the wrong direction and had to be called to tell him to turn around. They ruined a woman's wedding and when I asked for 50% refund, they offered me much less. Will NEVER use them again!
