Incredibly well done. Easy on the last minute scheduling, great customer service, excellent driver!

Overall, our experience with CharterUp was okay. The booking process and communication were smooth, and the trip itself went as scheduled.

However, the bus quality did not meet expectations. The vehicle appeared quite old, there was noticeable noise coming from the front door while driving, and the restroom was not clean. These issues affected the overall comfort of the trip.

I’ve used Charter Up several times and it’s always an easy and great experience. Also, our driver for this trip, Jean, was awesome. Very happy with our experience!!

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT HIRE! NOT RELIABLE! They showed up 2 HOURS LATE TO PICK UP WEDDING GUEST GOING TO A WEDDING, BUT STILL WANT TO CHARGE!
I booked this company to charter a bus for my son's wedding guests, and they showed up 2 hours late. No warning, no phone call or text to let me know. Everyone had to find alternative transportation to the venue. This was an important day, and the lack of reliability and communication caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Nothing worked on the bus. The wi-fi did not work. The charger plugs did not work. The volume on the dvd did not work, and we had a bus of KIDS. Nothing worked. I stated please make sure the amenities WORK and they did not. For the amount of money paid for this old and non- functioning bus I need some type of refund. That was unacceptable. I was told we would be on Clark and ended up with an older Road Runner bus that was inadequate,

Our driver was wonderful, and he apologized for the inadequacy of the amenities but that was not his fault.
I would appreciate someone contacting me from Charter UP on this problem. Before giving them a rating. This was not acceptable.

Juan was a pleasure to work with in the booking process, but after that we unfortunately had an undesirable experience with CharterUp for our wedding transportation in Austin, TX. We had 4, 56 person buses to drop ~180 guests off at our wedding- we had no issues with this part of transportation. As for the shuttle home we had issues with the driver taking unnecessary alternative routes which added over 30 minutes to our guests return home from the wedding. Per the guest on this bus the driver struggled to make basic turns, got the bus stuck in a hotel parking lot, and appeared extremely uncomfortable and unprepared to drive a large vehicle.
Despite multiple conversations with CharterUp and updates made in their portal, I received an email at 6:18pm ON MY WEDDING DAY asking me to confirm the drop-off locations—information I had already provided along with several alternate contacts. (Naturally, I did not see this email until the next day). When reviewing the reservation afterward, the drop-off details were missing entirely. In addition, pre wedding, I uploaded FIVE different guests phone numbers and emails to contact the day of if there were issues. Not one of these guests received a call or text from CharterUp.
When filing this complaint and concern with CharterUp they were unphased and only provided a $200 refund on a $4,800 booking...
The buses were large and clean, but for the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable and negatively impacted our guests’ night. I would not recommend CharterUp based on our experience.

My experience with Charter up was great the driver was on time we left on time we got back on time that was great.
The bus was clean my only negative comment is there was no light in the bathroom and we had senior riders

We had a very complicated itinerary including going on roads most buses couldn't navigate. Charter up worked with us and the companies they booked for our trip were incredible. All drivers arrived on time and were so helpful. We had one issue that Charter up immediately took care of. They were wonderful to work with and I would absolutely use them again.

Charter up has always gone above and beyond for our school! We truly appreciate them!

Our driver, Bill P., was accommodating and friendly. This is our 2nd time working with Charter Up and the best part is the ease of setting up our reservation, making any needed changes and having someone to call immediately if there are any needs or issues.

We chartered a bus to get us to downtown Raleigh for a 2 hour event. We stressed that we needed the bus to be on time since the event was for a limited time. The driver didn't allow adequate time for the NORMAL traffic patterns and was 30 minutes late. We arranged for other transportation but they charged us the full price even though we didn't use the transportation at all. This company is very easy to charge you but they do NOT meet their commitments!
