My tenancy began with a leak that delayed my move-in by few days, and I’m still waiting for that reimbursement. However, maintenance requests for the boiler and sink have been handled fairly. Big thanks to Amruta Satia for the smooth contract renewal, having no rent increase this year was a huge plus.

A good agency that accomidates it tennants.
I have been a tenant in a building managed by Chase Evans for a while and have had a splendid experience. They were able to get me into my apartment promptly (2 weeks) under expedited circumstances due in no small part to the work of Martin Krivka. He helped us through the referencing and organization so that we were able to be comfortable in time for the holidays.
When renewal time arrived we were met with equal quality of assistance from Amruta Satia who helped us organise a renewal on the lease for the following year at an acceptable rate to ourselves and the landlord.
Nothing but gratitude to these people, helping to make a difficult rental market more comfortable for everyone.
