They took the time to answer my random questions and explained everything in the paperwork so clearly.They gave me super practical tips on how to fix a minor rising damp issue and how to boost the EPC rating. They also have good connections with the professionals like conveyancer or trade person that you can ask for a referral, but there was absolutely no pressure to use them. It is so rare to get such honest, reliable advice without the pushy sales pitch. Huge thanks to the team!

The property I bought was non-standard construction that would need a structural report to guarantee the mortgage. When I approached Ka and Ashley for the level-3 survey, they recommended not to rush to book in the level-3 survey with them, but iron out the structural survey (which requires a separate engineer with MICE, FICE, MIStructE, FIStrucE qualification) first so that in case the structural report does not pass, I don't have to pay the level-3 survey unnecessarily. I appreciate with their advice to think from my toe.

Prior to the level-3 survey was carried out, Ka would ask what I want him to pay specific attention to. Right after the survey on the day, he would give a de-brief so I could have the understanding how it went right away before the report was ready the week after. When the final report is ready, we had a virtual meeting to go through the report. Ka was very detail to explain to the questions that we had, and the meeting was even overran a bit.
