For an online store that specializes in giftware, there should definitely be a way to enclose a gift card. The gift I ordered arrived very promptly, but the recipient had no idea who it was from. Fortunately I followed up. Good price and otherwise good service. Giftwrap (for an upcharge) would also be a nice option.

I ordered a jewelry box for my 12 year old nieces birthday on somewhat short notice and requested to have the product shipped out asap in order for me to receive it in time. It was shipped the next day and was received 4 days after the order was placed. I was SO happy to have it before her birthday party.

I ordered it and paid extra for express shiping and I got the box in 3 days. Customer service responded fast to my questions and my husband loved his gift.

My husband enjoyed his cufflink case.

I placed an order in July, I have not received the product nor a reply from my email. Calling, resulting in a frustrating answering machine. I will be notifying the better business bureau and my credit card company to get my payment back

I ordered a wedding gift for my fiance and it was a very nice product. Unfortunately if arrived damaged. After multiple emails, I was able to have someone reply that I would receive a replacement. Now after a few days and multiple emails, I am still waiting on confirmation that a new box is on its way, hopefully in time for the wedding. As long as a receive my new box undamaged or a confirmation it was shipped out today or soon, then my experience would be 5 stars.

I needed to exchange a jewelry box. The website boasts that "real people" answer calls. Well, how about no one answers the phone . They state to leave a message and they'll call back but no one returns calls either. I've made 3 attempts without success of getting my questions answered or receiving a call back.Therefore my only option is to GUESS how I can return and exchange an item

So far you have been totally unresponsive, my money is gone and I have no idea where the goods are. They certainly aren't with me.

Would someone like to try to make a customer happy and tell me what's going on?

If not please cancel my order and refund my money.

this size jewelry box is a much needed item for apartment dwellers I love the size
because it fits on my dresser and I keep my most used items in it- I wish they would
have made the drawers with stoppers so they wouldn't fall out -- be carefull. I may have to send it back - I didn't have a chance to try it - but the drawers may be an issue.

When I was ordering they asked when you would like your order delivered. I said before May 31,2014. Received it within 5 days. Outstanding!

Ordered a watch box for my fiance's birthday only a week ahead of time, so knew i was pushing it to receive an order on time. That was Sunday the 18th and have not heard from Chasing Treasures besides the email confirmation the first day. Went back onto the website recently and input my order number and date to get a tracking number. Have not heard back but it is Memorial Day weekend. Cannot yet ooh and ahh over the product quality.
