10/10 service
I have not had great experiences in previous salons before, but going to chatters was a change for me when a kind lady named Yalda dyed and cut my hair. Due to the bad experiences i’ve had, i didnt think much of it all at first and i assumed the worst but i gotta say my expectations were beyond exceeded with how great the customer service was and the end result. I left feeling very fulfilled and happy about my hair.

Syd is fabulous! She did a great job on my daughter’s hair cut and gave her the full experience of a wash, cut and blow out. She was smiling all day with her new hair! Syd was so good that I’m booking my daughter in for a haircut next!

Haircut from Jay was great but…
Haircut from Jay was great but appointment booking was a problem again. This is the second time recently that the appointment has been double booked.

Amazing service for Kid's haircut
Jay did an amazing job with my son's fade and design. My son enjoyed the wash and wanted this done everytime after. We will definitely see Jay again and bring my other son as well.

Disappointed
I went in for a 3:30 appt on Saturday for a blowout (I called the day before to book). They put me in with Rhonda. When I arrived I wasn’t in the system. So they found someone to do it - and it was horrible - I had to go home and redo it before my event.

Bad service
Awful service 90 dollars totally wasted for an awful job at eyebrow waxing and haircut... Basically he just cut the tips of my hair. I will never go back

Did not know that Chatters has been charging a $3 environment fee?? Why is this not an option? Or is this just another”tax”. Remove this fee.

Beautiful Salon, great customer services
My Chatters experiences are always pleasant and positive. It starts with being greeted as you walk through the door, then into the big, beautiful brightly lit store. Everyone seems happy to be there and they seem to enjoy their work. Myriam is my stylist and she always does an amazing job. I have had so many people talk to me about my hair after this appointment. So many people asking who cuts my hair and where is the salon. Even my daughter has started to see Myriam for her hair needs. As always, thrilled with my cut, and had a lovely visit with Myriam. Highly recommend this salon and their stylists,
