Been a customer for many years, and have not been disappointed once (well, aside from keeping items in my basket too long & finding them sold out when I finally decided to bite the bullet). A superb selection, always so many books on sale, though some out of prints can be quite expensive, I've always found my fill!

Ik had mijn twijfels toen ik voor het eerst op de website kwam, maar het blijkt gewoon een topwinkel te zijn. Groot aanbod aan scherpe prijzen. De strips worden zo stevig verpakt dat ze bij wijze van spreken uit een vliegtuig gegooid kunnen worden en nog steeds ongeschonden aankomen. Ik heb er intussen een dertigtal strips besteld, en elke keer verliep alles perfect. Een aanrader voor elke stripverzamelaar.

I've been a regular customer for years. Especially because of the "bombproof packaging" that another reviewer also mentioned. But also because of the service. Chris has personally informed me about slight imperfections like discoloration, scuffing or worse before sending the items. The last time I chose not to go through with the purchase. No problems. In fact, he informed me that he had a new batch coming and would send me a mint copy. Just received it yesterday. Perfectly happy!

Multiple orders from this shop, no troubles, always satisfied. Contacted them once for a minor inconvenience and they kindly and rapidly helped me sort it out.

Has a great selection of out of print books. Reasonable prices. Well packaged. Condition of items flawless. Quick shipping. Website may be a little difficult to navigate but don’t let that put you off as the service is outstanding. Cannot fault and would happily recommend to anyone.

Don't let the design of the site fool you ! Their products, their prices, their delivery time and their customer service are top notch. One of the best vendors in the Europe if you want to read some VO. I recommend and i will probably use their service again in the future.

Wat een verschrikkelijke service ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt, het eerste ding is ik heb een boek voor besteld vorig jaar de datum was al om 18 juni maar het is inmiddels al 2 juli en nog steeds niks gekregen. De verkoper praat wel mooi dat het word verstuurd maar dat is helemaal niet waar ik heb niks gekregen kwa oplossing of terugbetaling dus bij deze raad ik de shop niet aan. VERSCHRIKKELIJK!!! Vieze diefstal

Edit: mijn geld is teruggestort op mijn rekening ook al vind ik dat de service beter kon vind ik het wel beter dat ik als nog mijn geld terug heb gekregen.

Recieved my out-of-print graphic novels quick and in brand-new mint condition. Some of their products are insanely cheap and I managed to get over €120 worth of graphic novels for just €70. Will continue to order with them from now on. Highly recommended.
