SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT USE

I recently purchased a number which I found out after purchase is already in use on all messaging sites such as WhatsApp and telegram. I tried to contact support on live chat but they simply wait until timer runs out and automatically kicks me off chat without anybody ever responding. I purchased another number and this one won’t even receive OTP whatsoever. Again I contacted and emailed and yet to receive any response so I’ve just lost $80 total from 2 numbers I purchased . Scam website avoid at all costs.

Dịch vụ lừa dảo. Tôi dã nạp $5 vào tài khoản và thử gửi di nhưng không có 1 cái nào hoạt dộng cả. Tôi đã tìm kiếm khắp nơi để có thông tin liên lạc nên chả ai phản hồi tôi. Yêu cầu cả email support @tormuto. com này nhưng chả ai trả lời. Thật tồi tệ, các bạn dừng nên mở ra để lừa như thế. Nếu bạn là 1 doanh nghiệp uy tín hãy liên hệ tôi.

Their API and SMPP servers are broken. Documentation is confusing, callback URLs and sender IDs not working. Some countries not even supported (even tho they support dynamic sender ID)
Yes they offer SMPP for cheap rate but it is broken.
I have tried to report bugs via live chat but they are ignored, preferred to leave it broken.
If you are buying for US/UK do not buy as it is not supports it.

What seems to be a one man company from Nigeria. All good until you pay, after which you'll get zero results, zero help and no money back.
The support is built in such a way that they will let your session expire, so that they won't address your questions or claims. When you try to write them again, you'll have to start all over again and still for nothing; they will just ignore you further.
Your money are definitely better spent somewhere else.
