Booking was easy
Booking was easy, just a lot of emails sent afterwards. Plus emails are a little confusing as there is a lot of info. A simple itinerary and receipt would be good

When I was booking
When I was booking, everything went smooth. After booking I was tracking it in the original airline app, which actually saved me. Because my second flight delayed which is not reflecting on this website. Horrible!!

I tried to call to pay for a flight…
I tried to call to pay for a flight itinerary that was declined by my credit card for suspicious activity, but was not permitted to pay. Instead, I was told that I would be called within "two hours" to discuss payment. What? I followed your email instructions and called in to resolve this, and was told not able to process payment so wait.

I booked a tickets for me and my…
I booked a tickets for me and my boyfriend from YMM to Calgary then next day back to YMM. I booked another ticket for myself for the reason that I have different name in my passport. For the fact I wasted that 2nd ticket for almost $750 because Westjet used my first ticket and I used my driver license and I don't have problem going back and forth.
I found out that passport is not required for flights within Canada.My point is why letting me buy another ticket that is expensive while I can just use my driver license because I'm traveling local only. Lacking of knowledge maybe? Thanks
