6 years since my last review..
I can only speak from my own experiences I’ve had with Cheap weed and here goes ..
Have they ever messed up an order? Yes.
Was I involved in the 2019 Canada Post BS? Yes.
Did my bank block my payment from being transferred to them for allegedly reports of a scam? Yes.
Those are my negative experiences with Cheap weed I’ve encountered , 3 mistakes in 7 years of ordering.
CHEAPWEED HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME!
Always was the problems corrected, sometimes it takes a bit of time but bottom line they’ve always made things right !
If you’ve had a bad experience with them or they’ve made a mistake on your order try being polite. Yes you’re pissed and frustrated but you’ll find you might get better results if you play it cool.

I discovered them when Supherbs moved to their site, and ever since then its just been downhill. All the products I used to buy from Supherbs, the new website just doesn't have.
I dont smoke the stuff I just eat edibles, and they barely have any options for it (besides some very sketchy and weak gummies). If they can increase their stock on edibles and concentrates then I'll give them a shot, but right now its a very strong no thank you from me.

I purchased from cheapweed.ca .Their bulk weed gummies intially they were great. The next couple of orders they were not good. Even wondering if there was even any thc in them. After telling Tony about this he admitted that the last couple of batches were not good. I asked for him to replace the ones that were no good. Thats when he ghosted me. I sent multiple emails and texts through the site.
So you admit your product is no good yet when asked to replace i am ghosted.
After this happened i waited to see if he would replace the product and I was ghosted.
So now i am here writing a review.
Any company thats admits the product was not good should replace it with no questions asked????
Thats what a good company would do as you are advertising a product that was not up to par.
In the long run. I came across Canada Tokes. What a great place that has high quality products and the prices are fantastic.I highly recommend Canda Tokes check out the website you wont be disappointed.

They sold me weed that’s been washed with a solvent, then they spray it with some lemon scented garbage, there’s not a trace of resin left on this stuff I washed some with 99.9 alcohol and there was nothing there , and to top it off it’s full of seeds , I won’t even be using this stuff im just taking it as a learning experience to buy local .

Been using this company for many years and loved it. Ever since the mail strikes I’ve found they’ve gone down hill.
The loyalty to the customer isn’t there anymore especially bringing business from many different people.
Also have been blocked from using the coupon code area.
Hopefully others have better luck and they can improve it in the future!

Good choice of wording , this time , I have had numerous problems, placing orders, getting wrong weed , and cancelling orders, and getting a refund is a long process, I and my friend have also gotten quite a bit of seedy weed , so don't buy there ! 😠

Some strains were good and discreet delivery was decent—but quality is inconsistent. Customer service offered only a tiny coupon for a massive mistake, and emails got unprofessional fast. Not worth the risk

Some strains were excellent and fresh while others, felt a bit dry or underwhelming. Delivery was discreet and time. It's a hit-jr-miss experience depending on the batch.

I have been reading customer reviews. I am retired ,Cancer survivor, Heart survivor, And all around a pretty good guy. I retired from retail. I would like to tell everyone you cant satisfy everyone all the time. There are those who want something for nothing. These people are very dishonest people. Hell, I know this guy who takes his family camping every year. He buys every thing thats needed,,,tent,sleepbags,lantern ect. After camping he boxes up everything and returns it all. He rants and raves, lies & gets his refund. And Im damn sure some of these poor reviews are from the competition . Anyhow I would like to say that Cheep Weed is a good company to do business with. Emailed to ask if I could try a sample of some of their products back in Aug last year. Forgot they said no samples. Asked again for sample of their HTFSE yesterday since I don't wanna buy $175 worth min especially if it's trash like half their overpriced products and their customer care. Emailed me back saying no samples. Then I emailed back asking even if I pay for it? They were prompt with their response but racist as hell. First sentence I open the email to is "bro stop being a typical Indian."

Who on Earth talks to a returning customer like this?

Stay away from this place at all costs unless you like getting ripped off lt doesn't surprise me why they're always sending auto generated emails to promote their garbage based n the reviews here. Also informing members in the reddit community know how bad their service and products are.

Tony sent me a parcel with a tracking # and didn’t put my unit # on it. Canada post re routed the package back to the sender (Tony) only to find out the sender doesn’t accept return parcels. Canada post said he just needed to update the address and they would send it to me. All that was missing was my unit #. One 3 min phone call is all it would have taken.
Instead, Tony Stole $850.00, replies one time in 3 weeks and told me it was my fault and won’t refund or send another package. Customers always right? Not here lmao. He recently changed his email address also for payments shortly after he took my money. I wonder why. Tony has always been a rat, used to send people empty boxes and not send refunds. Some people never change. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Karma will get ya TONY.

Ordered quads got some hydro sprayed on stuff tasted awful… never again

Like someone else said believe the bad review you see here because ofc on the cheapweed website they deleting all bad reviews about them and I know that they might seem legit on the short run but like someone else said that’s until you really need the support ive been buying from them since 2021 and never got no trouble even one time I remember I sent the emt with the wrong answer so they wasn’t able to catch it they contact me same day about it but now I got a situation where I decide to make a order and send them the money in cryptocurrency they just took the money cancel my order and when I contact the support only answer I could get was “ I will answer later wich” is completely unprofessional and of course the day as gone by and ive sent multiple email since then still no answer I am very pissed about all because I remember back in 2021 when I found them I automatically thought they were scammer because of the review on here but after chating with emma and deciding to give it a try everything went fine so I stuck around my mistake im telling yall there’s plenty other site that are much more safe for your pocket

Orderd 2 oz of black afghanis and got garbage.looks like dried up crack Cake.hi told them that ,and they said they will take $20 off my next order.im stuck with this.this place is call cheapweed canada

No customer service. I had a package stolen and canada post was liable. I let Emma at cheapweed know about it, opened a ticket with canada post and, once canada post finished their inquiry, I forwarded it all to Emma so she could claim $100 from canada post and asked if they could credit me that amount. Emma stopped emailing me. I think it's called ghosting. I value customer service too much. I had lost 850 dollars and was looking for what I thought was fair. Now, I can't order from them anymore. But there are so many cannabis suppliers out there that I found a new one in short order. Better prices, same weed, and lots of freebies as well. I'm kicking myself a bit but everything happens for a reason. Cheapweed is fine until you need customer service.

I would put -0 if I could, straight up crooks, Tony and Emma, garbage people. Literally scam people in every manner , Also belittle people through message . My last buy was a QP full of mould through many attempts to be reimbursed I never received. That was my last straw with them. They talk about how big they are, and how much they sell and how they hate little dealers. It’s a f**king disgrace. play simple. If you haven’t been ripped off yet and continue to buy you will be I haven’t bought from them in years but I’m just sitting here with such nice product from good people thinking about how much f**king money I wasted on cheap weed please do not give them your money.
