Very quick to respond, so far first stage completed with a refund across last 3 years business rates and potentially more to follow. I did use a different company previously in 2016 for similar work and didn't feel it was great service, Check Challenge Appeal have tuned my reservation on there head and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Check, Challenge Appeal were as good as their word. They carried out a thorough survey of our office building, which indicated that our business rates were too high. The local authorities did not agree and rejected their challenge, but they stuck to their guns and appealed a number of times until they finally won the day. This process took an incredibly long period of time to sort out but they persevered and achieved a significant reduction, backdated to April 2023, so I’m delighted and very happy to recommend them.

So far the team have managed to save us over £5k and they are still working on the appeal. Very Pleased.
