Went to the Check-in-to-Cash in Niles, MI next to Martin's supermarket today Thursday 3/19/2026, my teller was Mel, I was there to pay a loan off and reborrow for two weeks. Everything went well until I left and looked at my receipt. Normally I dont look at the receipt thank God this time I did. This lady forged documents to show I borrowed $600 when throughout the whole process I was only borrowing $500. I signed all the paperwork she gave me $500 and I left. When I realized and came back into the store she new she was caught and readily offered me a hundred dollars or the opportunity to redue the loan. I wonder how many times Mel (don't know last name) does this in a day. I'm going to follow-up with supervisors and hopefully they aren't a part of all of this. Joe Bauer

PROBLEM IS ONE DENYING HIM NUMBER 2 YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO TAKE MORE THAN A DAY OR TWO SCAMMERS THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE MY HUSBAND A LOAN THEY TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS AND THEN DENIED HIM
THE WAY I SEE IT IS IF YOU ARE NOT GIVING PEOPLE A LOAN DON'T HARD PULL THEIR CREDIT ESPECIALLY WHEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO DO A SOFT PULL BECAUSE ALL OF YOU DAMAGE PEOPLE'S CREDIT

Hi I love the Niles Michigan Check into Cash Store. The General Manager Umisha is very well trained and so are her other Staffing. Very clean store and everyone shows me Respect when I go there. I went to the Lenexa store last Wednesday March 12th and the Representative was extremely helpful and super nice I didn't have my bank statement and she waited for me to get it and got me all taken care of before the store closed. Most places would have come back tomorrow but she made it happen in short amount of time and i really appreciate taken time and getting taken of
