One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm old. Not into ordering online. Had several questions, but all the customer service person could tell me was that they were an online company only. So I told her that she could just stay on the phone with me while I did the order. She couldn't do that either. She was rude for someone paying her salary by trying to order so I hung up on her. I finally got the order sent with no help from her.

I paid for Standard Trackable shipping but the tracking number provided did not work. I then reached out to customer service via the email provided to get a tracking number. I never did get an answer. Five days later my checks arrived in the mail. No customer service at all.

Ordered checks told I would not get them unless I provided more info. So I go to my bank and order through another company. A week later they charge me and send them. Very deceptive, If you say the transaction can’t happen unless I send more info, how can you come back later and process with no additional info?

Customer service is awful. When you call the number they play recorded advertisements at you for 15-30min before you can speak to someone.

All the pricing of shipping and handling was posted upfront during checkout. I did not pay for expedited shipping and added some features on the check like "Don't let the old man in" and pic of a car similar to mine. My credit union was over twice the cost without the additions. I received them today they are perfect and the shipping was quick.

They are very deceptive about their pricing. After you fill out all your information then they add on a handling fee that they do not mention until the end. Don't put up with that people - don't let them get away with it - but somewhere else from a more ethical company!

What a ripoff! I ordered 2 boxes of checks advertised at $11.90. When I checked out, they added $6.50 in "Handling Charges", on top of $2.25 for shipping. What the heck? Can you imagine going to a restaurant and find that they charged you a "cooking charge"? This is the last time I order from them.

I ordered 1 book of checks on 3/25/23, and they charged my debit card the same day. I got an email on 3/28 saying the checks have shipped, but I waited until 4/20 and no checks. I emailed them twice about it but received no reply. I asked them to either refund my $$$ or actually send me the checks (I don't think they actually sent them...just said they did). Never order from this company...chances are you're just giving them $$$ in return for nothing. There are so many check places out there...give them your business, and not this corrupt company. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge, and being they won't refund my $$$ voluntarily, I'll have the bank deal with them.

***I tried to contact the BBB, but they're not registered with them...I wonder why not. They'd have to make things right with their customers and not just do as they please and steal peoples money!

No way to contact these people either by phone (which just gives you music hrs. on end) or e-mail. It is a nightmare of them taking my money and me never receiving my check order.

I ordered checks and put fastest delivery and printing time. They canceled my order and did not even notified me.

I did a check order and after I got them and my account charged three weeks after I got the same amount of check with the same imprinted numbers and my bank was charged again.
