Great customer experience & product

I wanted to order a hamper for a friends 60th birthday. Prior to ordering I emailed a couple of queries(regarding expiry dates and also when their 15% discount offer ended). I got a very quick response from Abbie who was incredibly helpful. I placed my order, it arrived quickly and was exactly what I was expecting. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Out of date products

The hamper arrived in good time and although smaller than I expected, was well presented. However, the best before date on one of the snacks was 6 months past, but had been stickered over with a new date. I wrote to complain and was advised the new date was ‘probably’ the correct one and no apology was offered. A £4 refund was given. Not great customer service for a product that is usual given as a present. Won’t use them again.

Delivery address finally changed

Finally received an email, today, explaining what has happened, for some reason my domain emails were going to spam, but that has been resolved now. The address has been changed as requested, and for the inconvenience I've had, my dad will receive a little extra food in his hamper.
Fingers crossed he will enjoy his present next week.

Placed an order for my dad's Birthday, as I dont live near to him. Soon as I got the email confirmation, I noticed that I didn't put his delivery address, and it was coming to me. The email said if any details are incorrect to reply to that email, which I did. I also asked for confirmation that they have changed the address. After a week no reply. So I gave since sent a couple more emails and called, which no one replied so I left a message. As of today, I still don't know if my dad is going to get his present in early December, Very disappointed. Non existent customer service

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a small hamper for my auntie as she was feeling very low in spirit. I thought it would cheer her Up, unfortunately, it never arrived. I have to blame partly the Post Office as they said they tried to deliver on 2 occasions and left a Note on the friday, saying they will try again the next day. My auntie was in all the time and received other visitors, but unfortunately, no card and no hamper.

I was abroad, so couldn't collect it and nobody else could if it was at the post office, when I contacted cheese hamper, it took 3 days for a reply. And I appreciate it was weekend, so may have been nobody there. Then e mailed and explained and said she still hadn't had it, and now it would no longer probably be edible. About 5 days later, the cheesehamper replied to my email simply said the Post Office will try to deliver 2 times and that was the end of it. No explanation or apology.

I said felt totally disappointed and a lot of messing about when I was on holiday. Would not use them again, are very frustrating experience 😶‍🌫️

Amazing Customer Service

Ordered from here and accidentally forgot to fill in the correct address. I contacted customer help, and they immediately fixed the problem, no additional charges even though it was my fault, and got it delivered to me the next day. 100% would recommend to anyone!
