The right people make everything better…
I recently chose Chef’s Deal as the supplier for a professional waffle maker purchase and I am glad I did. Through a mistake I made, I received a waffle maker I did not want, but the customer service staff at Chef’s Deal were very helpful in both arranging the return and helping get the maker I really wanted ordered. I recently received and tried out the new waffle maker and I could not be happier with the purchase or Chef’s Deal’s very helpful service.

My experience was awesome . I am a owner of a pizza restaurant in Chicago and I ordered lots of things from them . I shopped around and they had the best deals . My equipment arrived as promised. If you ever need anything talk with Al Golden. He was the best . The communication was the best . If you need anything for your restaurant call Chefs Deal .
walk in cooler purchase
My sales agent helped me choose which unit was best for my needs. When it was delivered there was one issue of damage that wasn't noticed until after the driver left. I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.
Customer Service
We were in need of an oven/range for our School District. I sent an email, requested a quote and ordered all in the same day. We were told turnaround time was 6 weeks from the time they received the check, needless to say we received our oven/range in 2 weeks instead! Thank you Zoey for your time and taking care of us. You've been great!

Exceptional enough for me to write a review
Extremely helpful and truly one of the few vendors who is a pleasure to work with. I didn't expect that given that they were the lowest bidder out of about a dozen for our ~40k scope but Al Golden has been incredible.

During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!

It has been challenging to make purchases in this state of supply shortage & inflation. Out of two dozen venders I had to make purchases from, Mila from Chef’s deal was on top of things making purchases simple! My equipments even arrived sooner than expected! Thank you Mila!

I don't usually write a review because I normally don't get outstanding service, but Turk Denktas went above and beyond to help me and I got outstanding customer service with him. He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Turk is definitely your guy when it comes to sales! I have to eat crow
I have to eat crow. I ordered an ice maker, it arrived damaged, which was no fault of Chef's deal, but that of a transportation company. I blamed Chef's deal and I was wrong. Betty worked hard on this deal for a couple months and was able to get it straightened out for me. It just took time to get to the bottom of this. I apologize for writing a negative review. I will be using Chef's Deal in the future, and recommend them highly. Thank you Betty and Chef's Deal.

I was asked to purchase a refrigerator…
I was asked to purchase a refrigerator for our church/school lunchroom, so without any experience in commercial refrigerators I headed out to the internet. I think four local companies popped up and I called the first one. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was certainly discouraged by the first phone call. The "guy" seemed like a refrigerator shark! He was curt, not helpful, just shy of rude. I felt like if I didn't ask the right questions, I was not going to get the right information. When he discussed delivery...he said we drop it off in the parking lot, you all take it from there!
We take no responsibility for getting into the building or any damage that occurs while doing so. And to leave it in the lot was like $150 bucks!! I really had no hope for the next number on my list...but I was curious to see just how bad this could get. My second call was to Chef's Deal Restaurant Equipment Company. Oh my!!! What a difference!!! The salesman Turk was awesome! He told me everything! I barely had to ask a question! When I asked about delivery and bringing it inside he said "Of course! We're not going to just leave it in the parking lot!!" As if!! ; ) Because we were concerned delivery might happen during lunch service, Turk worked closely with the delivery crew to time our delivery perfectly and even texted me when they were like 20 minutes away. Everything went so perfectly. The product was in stock and arrived to our location in just a few days...others said 6-8 weeks! Just as I had started to call the businesses the internet had pulled up...I was talking with the lunch room staff and one of the ladies mentioned her husband had just bought a commercial refrigerator and he had gone to some place and had a great experience. She said I'll text him and see where he went. Yep, you guessed it!! Chef's Deal Restaurant Equipment Company! Based on our experience and the referral we got from one of our employees, do yourself a favor, save some time and make Chef's Deal your first call!!

Damaged Comstock Castle Stove
I ordered a Comstock-Castle SR2SP36 36" Gas 4-burner Stock Pot Range a few weeks ago. When it arrived my crew unpackaged it and noticed that it had been severely damaged by a forklift operator. We did not see the extent of the damage until it was fully unpackaged. The damage was not just cosmetic, it was so bad that the frames structure was completely parted and the entire unit was unusable. I then contacted ChefDeals to report what had happened.
I spoke to Lee and she was able to get a replacement sent promptly. After further review, Comstock Castle decided that I did not need to to return the damaged unit and that I could keep it for spare parts, which is a perfect solution because I have 3 other of the exact same Comstock Castle stoves at our other 3 locations. I was very pleased the way this was handled and I will be ordering from Chefdeals on my next equipment purchase.

Bought a Migali freezer from Chefs Deal, we are extremely pleased with this item. Had problems with the shipping company, so I called Operations Manager Heidi Masser. It was so nice to know that someone "Had My Back". She absolutely made bad experience tolerable. Thanks again Heidi and others that helped.

Terrible company to do business with I warn everyone that comes across this website, I placed an order few days and then called to check on the delivery after talking to a very rude MANAGER who never let to speak she informed me that my order was cancelled and I should have received an email which does not exist. This is the time when we try to help small business and we regret it wishing I ordered with AMAZON
