I can't reach them with the phone because of the timezone. Lead times is to long for me. But service is good and product is perfect. I buy oven from them and it works without any problem.

Chef's Deal has definitely won me over
Chef's Deal has definitely won me over. Their entire team had been a pleasure to work with. They even set up a cooking demo with the UNOX chef just for me. The oven was brought to my location and allowed me to cook and test my own products before making my final decision. The UNOX Combi oven was a perfect match for me and so was the team at Chef's Deal.. very happy!!

Purchased two commercial microwaves
We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.
