Best customer service I have ever experienced for an appliance purchase! I ordered my Kitchen Aid mixer bundle through Chefs for Foodies. I initially placed the order with the incorrect code, but I contacted customer service and James rectified it and re-processed my orders almost immediately. I also had an issue with one of the accessories after the purchase but again, this was resolved with excellent after care. I would definitely recommend chefsforfoodies for going above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!

I've been ordering from CFF since I got my Ooni a year ago and every time it's been a massive hit! Both the neapolitan and sourdough options are incredible and come packaged perfectly for a same day pizza party!

The service each time has been superb and they have gone over and beyond on a few occasions when I was in a tight spot! They're really responsive and always want to help.

I’ve not even received my order yet, but the Customer Service experience I’ve had from James is unlike anything I’ve known. Fast, polite, and helpful to the point of highlighting a discount code was expiring so I didn’t miss it.

First experience, there were slight complications due to DPD, the delivery company - the gentleman who runs the company couldn't have been more accommodate or helpful about the situation. Products were excellent, a company I'll certainly use again in the future.

It’s absolutely a doddle and the real thing.

Sourdough pizza balls were superb made fabulous pizza and were delivered very quickly. Will definitely be buying them again soon.

Ordered sourdough pizza dough balls. Comms were great - I knew when they were arriving (had a text on the day with a time slot) and the packaging kept them frozen/chilled. Instructions were clear on how to store/defrost and we really enjoyed the pizzas - they tasted delicious! Will definitely be purchasing again.

Amazing company and service. I tried the Tikka Masala and it was indeed a Michelin experience and fun doing it. They gather such rare ingredients that would take a lot of time to find and the instructions were super clear. Thanks, I'll be ordering again soon!
