the product was amazing. my only minor gripe was I found the instructions on defrosting a little bit confusing.
I wasn't sure if I was supposed to take the dough out of the plastic packaging when defrosting or not.

Amazing Food and Outstanding Service
Massive thank you to James who’s customer service was AMAZING from start to finish, who called to ensure that everything was perfect for us. We had a pizza party for over 30 guests and at short notice, James managed to deliver 36 dough balls and all the tomato sauce to our order. The quality of the food was amazing, with the dough Turning out perfectly, every single pizza was eaten and could not recommend the dough enough thank you for a great experience will definitely be ordering again soon!

Sourdough frozen dough balls for pizza oven
The frozen dough balls arrived individually wrapped which immediately makes life easy (I have had them all in one bag!)
They are very springy so they do test your rolling out / hand stretching skills!
They make a large individual pizza.
The dough crisps beautifully and stays stretchy in a very hot oven.
Also cheaper than others I have bought.

Should be 5 stars ! Unfortunately delivery let you down. Received a text telling me my pizza dough had now been delivered, and here's a photo of your pizza dough thawing nicely out side someone else's front porch. It didn't help then having to book a slot in an hour's time to speak to the delivery company.

I will ask our customer service to reach out and send you a healthy discount code for you to use on your next purchase. We hope one day to have our own delivery trucks but until that day comes we are at the mercy of DPD which are the best of the worst!

The beetroot and wild rocket vegan pizza kit is delicious. You wouldn’t even know the feta cheese was vegan. The pizza looks so colourful and everyone enjoyed it. The ready made dough balls are so authentic - you couldn’t get better. Thank you.
