I bought my house through CP and it was easy from beginning to end because they have such great experience and communication skills. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they were genuinely thrilled for me when it all went smoothly. They are a small, but perfectly formed agency of people who know the local area incredibly well and go above and beyond in finding you the right house and then making the process as painless as it can be. I have sold through them in the past and they were excellent at selling too. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent support and service when we moved into our rental house.

Very happy with the exemplary service provided by the Chelwood team. They are polished, efficient experienced. Service levels and response times are the same from the first day of the pitch to the end of the process and all times in-between. They understand that the sale process does not end post agreeing a price and help chivvy the chain along. They are always a pleasure to work even during the inevitable minor hiccups in the process. I have already recommended them to others who are equally delighted by their service.

We have just sold with Chelwood and they really have made the process as easy and stress free as it could be. We were in a rush to find a new place and Gemma and the Chelwood Partners team were incredibly helpful and friendly, sorting us a quick deal. We had to ask for a couple of document details to be corrected (e.g the postcode had been written down wrong), however they were quick to respond. Despite not managing the property they continue to help us with various bits and bobs - so thank you! Would recommend.

Their flexibility and willingness to be accommodating throughout the viewings (we have young children) made it a pleasure, not a chore. Trust and dependence are rare characteristics, especially when dealing with the materiality of selling a home and Chelwood gave us reassurance throughout. We can’t even begin to explain how diligent and persistent Ben was when kindly helping execute the final stage of the sales process by helping get the legal-side of events across the line. Our solicitor even commented how experienced and how friendly interacting with Ben was during, what often is, the difficult but necessary legal technicalities of closing the transaction. From start to finish our house was successfully sold, with all parties happy, within 9 weeks, which during the pandemic is testament to the professional, trustworthy and experienced service Chelwood delivers.
