Service was excellent/ phoned to say slight delay in shipping as waiting for 2 it ems to arrive, but fair play delivery was fairly quick no problem, goods were just as what was ordered.

Very good customer service
Would have given 5 stars but sadly the order was misplaced. However on raising the issue of non delivery they were extremely helpful and despatched my item straight away. First class customer service. Item arrived well packaged Would certainly use again.

We are sorry your order took longer than you expected to reach you. We dispatched your order on the 7th via Royal Mail's 24 service but it reached you in 48 hours instead of 24. We value that you support small businesses like ours and we have refunded the Shipping Cost you paid.

I ordered a vitamin supplement for next day delivery, which did not arrive for 8 days
I ordered a vitamin supplement from you urgently on 29th August. You charged me £5.95 for the next working day delivery. According to the shipping note that the supplement finally arrived with, you did not ship to me till 4th September and did not arrive till the 8th September. I would like you to refund me the £5.95 ASAP please.
