Couldn't pay by debit card
Despite the website being easy to navigate for the most part, I struggled to find out how to pay using my debit card. It felt like I was being made to pay by PayPal. I haven't a PayPal account and I don't want one, so I ended up cancelling the order

I have been using Chemist2customer for a few months without any problems. Deliveries arrive on time. I once had to contact the office by phone. I spoke to someone there, who told me the chemist would call me back. This they did, but did not get through to me, so they called back again later. I was impressed.
