Absolutely Fantastic Clinic and staff so nice and understanding completely recommended

I recently discovered iv got hemachromatosis which is Iron overload. My iron level is super high and with the NHS being a waste of space to start treatment I found chequers health center. Cut a long story short I started my venesections with Salma, to give you context when I have any blood taken I go to the point of nearly blacking out, Salma is so good at what she does she massively helps me to ensure every venesection goes as easy as possible considering what happens to me. I feel like iv known Salma for years so I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know.

Today I had an iron infusion with Salma and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Salma is incredibly knowledgeable, calm, kind, and reassuring she immediately made me feel safe and well looked after. The procedure went smoothly with no complications at all, and the whole experience was comfortable and stress-free in a very friendly, positive atmosphere. I can wholeheartedly recommend her… you will truly be in the best hands. :)

Lovely staff all, from the manager to the receptionist to the nurses. Clean pleasant facilities. Helped with my haemocromatosis when the NHS let me down.

Managed to book an appointment online for the same day for an ultrasound. Joel the sonographer is so reassuring and makes everything so comfortable. All the staff who work there are friendly, professional and genuinely nice people 😊

Absolutely amazing place very accommodating, calming relaxing experience.. everything explained very thoroughly after a couple of losses I was very nervous and they were so nice!!

Today was my third time to the clinic to see Joel. First at 6 weeks, Joel talked me through everything I was looking at on the screen with this being my first child I didn’t know what was what. Each time he has been brilliant with me and my family and was so patient through the tears of joy! I would highly recommend Joel and the team! 🤍

Great place. Easy appointments, ultra sound guy is great answers any questions used a few times. Reception are easy to talk to and arrange what you want. Nice and clean. Recommend.

They are truly the best among all the centres offering a range of services, including intravenous iron infusions. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely caring — I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout my visit.

Regarding the treatment itself, I researched the type of iron they use and found that it’s of the highest quality and most reputable available. I was genuinely impressed, especially given how remarkably competitive their prices are compared with others.

I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know — they truly deserve every penny!

Saw Mr Joel Derry again today, I’ve been having private Ultrasound scans to monitor ongoing and long term health conditions. I will only go to Chequers Bolton and I always book in with Joel because he’s extremely knowledgeable, very good at explaining everything without any prompting, he’s so thorough and professional yet at the same time he is calm and really puts you at ease. I will always return to Chequers and Mr Joel Derry for my scans and I’ve already sent my son and friends to him who always come away with the same belief that I do, you can’t better treatment than here and you won’t find a better Sonographer than Mr Derry. We had two lovely experiences having scans for our baby. One at 10+4 for early reassurance and one at 16+6 for gender. We also opted to purchase the tricefy app as for £20 with access to all images it seemed so worth it, especially as we had our vouchers off Groupon and only paid £25 per scan. We got lots of info and detailed images from Joel who kept the experience positive and comfortable throughout.
