Absolutely amazing!!
Would 10000% recommend, I really struggled with the baby blues at first, the day 3 hormone drop really hit me hard, but as soon as I started taking the capsules I felt so much better!!! I definitely noticed on the days I forgot to take them I would feel so tired and emotional! I had quite a traumatic delivery and I was really upset that I didn’t get to do delayed cord clamping or see my partner cut the cord, I really grieved my pregnancy once it was over, so when I received my capsules it felt like I had a bit of my pregnancy back, and when the cord came back it felt like a little part of me had healed, Nikki was amazing throughout and even checked how I was doing after labour 💞 my only regret is not getting more placenta products! … I will absolutely be doing this again with my next child :) thank you so much Nikki x

Nikki was amazing in getting our placenta tablets made in very short notice (baby arrived a month earlier than planned!). She was very cooperative and helpful throughout and done a fantastic job even after a mix up on our part with the icebox. All in all we highly recommend Cherished Placentas to get your placenta made into tablets. The tablets seemed to help massively postnatally to help me feel better and recover quickly from giving birth.

I am so pleased that I decided to have my placenta encapsulated- I really think it was a worthy investment.
Following by birth all my family and friends commented on how energised and well I appeared which I think was thanks to the capsules. The first few days I felt exhausted, battered and bruised but once I started taking the capsules I felt so much better! Obviously I was still very sleep deprived and had common challenges that you would expect after having a baby but I think the capsules made the whole process so much smoother.
I also noticed what a difference they made to my milk supply. My little girl had a very significant tongue tie which (we didn’t realise at the time) delayed my milk from coming in. She lost a lot of weight and things weren’t looking great but once I started taking my capsules my milk came in the following day. When I went to see a breastfeeding specialist for help with the tongue tie she commented on how good my milk supply was!
In terms of the encapsulation process Nikki was so lovely and helpful. The information pack sent with the cool box was really helpful and informative. I had been a bit anxious leading up to the birth about the placenta being shipped and reaching her in time but Nikki made sure it all went smoothly.

I have used cherished placentas for all of my pregnancies and I can honestly say they were the best thing I invested in for my recovery. I chose the mixed capsules option and the difference between the days I take my capsules to a day I might have forgotten is huge. The service was so quick and informative and I really feel they were vital in a good recovery post birth. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using again for any future pregnancies. Throughout my pregnancy I had talked about creating something from my placenta but I’d been put off my some overly complicated websites, until I found Cherished Placentas. From the initial contact right though to delivery of my capsule package, me and my partner were fully informed about the process and what we had to do after the placenta was delivered at birth. The WhatsApp communication was brilliant and collection and delivery speedy.

I’m now 5 weeks post C-section and the tablets have been fantastic, I have had a speedy recovery and no signs of postnatal depression which was my drive to create the capsules. I opted for a package which included skincare and that has also been worth every penny, especially the baby balm which I have used on my son from birth as a natural alternative to other creams.

In all I'm extremely happy with the service and products provided by Cherished Placentas and I would highly recommend using this company.

Wonderful process right the way through. Super straight forward and Nikki is on hand to answer any questions. Really felt the benefits from taking the capsules. Increased energy levels, felt very balanced in my mood post partum.

I couldn't be more happy that I took the plunge and had my placenta turned into smoothies and tablets for my recovery. I was so worried about my post natal recovery following my first child that I researched and found cherished placentas and I'm so pleased I did. Nikki was so helpful and kind and made the whole process easy. Having two smoothies immediately following giving birth and then continuing with tablets has, for me, kept me feeling level in my emotions and feelings and I didn't experience a huge dip which I'm so happy about. I would whole heartedly recommend Nikki and the whole process and if I have another child will definitely be back.

I cannot recommend Cherished Placentas and Niki enough! I had used cherished placentas with my first pregnancy and found them really helpful curbing my baby blues. After a complex post labour, I was reluctant to start taking the capsules and began suffering with baby blues - once I started taking them I was a new woman and mum and I wish I had taken them sooner. Niki talked me through all my fears when I was nervous and took her time to explain everything. Second time around was a no brainer! I had ordered a different package this time (by accident) but so glad I did. I still had the placenta capsules which I took straight away and completely avoided the baby blues, but I had also unknowingly ordered the Mothers Essence liquid which Niki talked me through on how to take and the benefits. I’ve been using this now that my tablets have finished and have found it great for those down days and giving me energy especially in those initial days with a toddler to entertain. The best part is that I can use this essence will into my menopause, which I will no doubt need
with my female family history. Niki’s product and service is second to none, after a scary and unexpected early delivery with my second son, Niki didn’t disappoint again. Super professional, quick and accommodating. A super easy process. I’m just gutted that my husband is the only one to have met her during collections.

I had my baby in Feb 2023 and I am so glad I chose to use Cherished Placentas. I looked at all the placenta companies available and decided to go with Nicky, her website felt both scientifically informed but also had the nourishment I was looking for.

I decided to invest in the full package complete with 7 smoothies and all the toiletries, I am really happy that I did.

The smoothies were an instant hit of energy that really boosted me in the first week after birth, I looked forward to them each day! I decided to add a little banana and apple juice or oat milk to make them go further (to make a pint size portion), but this wasn't essential - just me being greedy! They definitely gave me a big boost and really helped as I'd had a C-section.

The capsules have also really helped and I'm now using the 'Mother's Essence' which is great, as I can just drop a bit in my water glass each day and keep feeling the benefit.

My postpartum has been really smooth, baby feeding well and myself recovering in good gradual speed from the operation. The placenta encapsulation definitely made a difference and the service and presentation of goodies from Nicky made it an extra lovely gift to myself.

Nicky was friendly, informative, kind and generous along the way - I'd recommend using her service to anyone wanting to give Placenta Encapsulation a go! Give yourself the best for your birth and postpartum :)

I’ve found Cherished Placentas after researching on encapsulation of placenta and I am so happy I have found Nikki! I was very afraid of pp depression and healing hence why I was looking into this process. Even though I was 37 weeks when I reached out to Nikki, she happily accommodated (even at this ‘last minute’) and put me in her diary. She was lovely, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind! I was initially interested in just the pills; due to circumstances I had to schedule a cs and upon reading other reviews and also benefits for the csection mamas I decided I wanted to try the smoothies also! So happy I did! She kindly rushed to my home to meet my husband and my placenta prepared the smoothies for me and brought to hospital! They tasted so good, gave me so much energy and I am 1000000% convinced that they are the reason my milk let down occured on day 2! The pills where fantastic too! Had no pp depressed and was on cloud 9! I’ve healed nicely and I am just beyond grateful for Nikki that she was part of my journey! I will 100% do it again!

I came across Nikki on Instagram and I thought what a brilliant idea on utilising your placenta after giving birth by encapsulating it.  It is full of nutrients and why not use this in my postnatal recovery!
I had the pleasure in dealing with Nikki who was amazing from the offset, very friendly and professional, liaising with both my husband and I.  Nikki was very informative and happy to answer all our questions. I decided to go with a package which contained the encapsulated placenta, oils, balms and other infused placenta products, some of which can be used on your baby.  The whole process was very easy and efficient with Nikki travelling from Norfolk to Northampton to collect my placenta. I ended up having an unexpected c section and I believe all items helped me with a faster healing process,  physically,  mentally and emotionally so I could concentrate on enjoying my new baby.  I have since also used the oils and balms on my baby to help with her dry skin and cradle cap.  I will definitely go with Nikki again if my husband and I are blessed with any more children.

Nikki was such a huge part of my birthing experience. I was 2 weeks over due and Nikki was so amazing at keeping me calm and was still available to help us with my capsules and smoothies even though I was 2 weeks behind schedule! Nikki came to the hospital, went back to my flat, made me up some smoothies and returned them to the hospital all within 2 hours of our baby girl arriving. The smoothies I really felt gave me such a lift and burst of energy and would highly recommend. I couldn't recommend a better company and a nicer person to be with you on your journey. Just Fantastic. After the birth of my second child I used this service for the first time. Nikki was amazing and answered all my questions. We were booked in with cherished placentas to encapsulate my placenta in my first pregnancy. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be, but we decided to try again with my second pregnancy.
I honestly am so glad we decided to try again with the placenta encapsulation and were able to make it happen this time. My milk came in within 48 hours, I managed to bypass even the standard “baby blues”, and my physical recovery was really quite manageable, despite bladder complications during and after surgery.
Nikki made the whole process really easy and smooth, and I’m so grateful for her services! The placenta body balm we added on has been great on baby’s dry skin, and I’m looking forward to using the placenta oil on my c section scar when it’s fully healed!
Ps the smoothies surprisingly tasted amazing and were really refreshing to have whilst in hospital!

I approached Nikki after reading all the benefits that placenta capsules and smoothies can give you after birth and, after having a traumatic first birth and PPD, I didn't want to go through the same experience again with my second, so I decided to go for it! I can honestly say that this time, my body fully recovered from birth within a week!
What amazed me the most, is that I didn't experience any of the usual mood swings, I felt in control, calm and also physically strong and full of energy.
