As like all the others before me. All the Pokemon cards for sale here are fake.
I reported this to the Police Fraud team and also currently going though a PayPal case.
But Cherlife Support have ask me to close the case before they will issue me a refund. Please don’t fall for that if you close your case PayPal think you’ve come to a agreement with the seller and won’t let you open a new one. They will not refund you.

Absolute sham of a company. They cheerfully relieved my 14 year old of his £70 birthday money on fake Pokémon cards and then proceeded to blame him with the old 'you should've realised they were fake' excuse.

The cards were marketed as genuine, after we complained the description was changed to 'replicas' but that has now been removed so they're back to pretending they're genuine again. The 'reviews' of the cards are hilariously fake as well.

They've stopped communicating with us so the chances of our money back are pretty slim so we had to make ourselves feel better with a referral to Trading Standards instead.

Horrible, horrible people. Please do not use this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are scammers. I don't even think they deserve one star.
They are selling FAKE Pokemon cards and DO NOT give refunds despite stating they do.Their product descriptions are not true. Their reviews are also fakes and clearly translated.
They are ignoring emails and requests for refunds. We have reported to trading standards.
DON'T BE FOOLED THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I purchased Pokémon Cards from this company and when they arrived they were very obviously fake. They were not listed as fake on their website as well. I requested a refund but still haven't been given one, around 2 weeks later.

Essentially everything is dodgy on this website. The item reviews are so clearly fake/generated and if you leave a negative review, it won't get published. The information about this item is also fake and are lies.

Don't fall for this company and what they say and never trust this place

Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!! I bought pokemon cards from here and they are very obviously fake! I knew they were cheap but it said they were on sale from the original price that most retailers sell them for so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

First of all the booster box was dull and not printed as sharp and clear as real ones. The cards were misprinted, off centre, had a disgusting texture, were sticky and discoloured. A fairy type card was also included and chilling reign do not have fairy type cards at all.

The reviews on the website I’m guessing are also fake since they’re all 4/5 star and someone who collects cards would be able to tell they are clearly fake when opening them. They’ve either been generated by the company or done by people who don’t know what real pokemon cards look like. My boyfriend tried to add a review to warn people that the cards were fake and to buy at their own risk but it was never put on the website.

Even the customer service they provided was off, misspelling my name and other words and not having a subject title in the email is very unprofessional when dealing with customers. I had no confirmation email when I placed my order which is normally the ‘receipt’ when dealing with online shopping. I’m guessing this is also a way of scamming customers out of their money since they have no proof of purchase. The phone number provided won’t even let calls through because of ‘covid’ so that’s useless.

I can’t speak for the rest of the products but I don’t think they’ll be good either due to this. Please do not buy from this company!! They’re such a scam and I don’t want people as disappointed as I was.
