Hi Susan, we're sorry to hear this. The hat was produced to match the customisation selected at checkout however, we acknowledged that the embroidered name was mistakenly omitted. We offered both a replacement and a refund to resolve the issue, however we didn't receive a response, so we were unable to finalise a resolution. We sincerely apologise that your experience fell short of your expectations.
