There were rat droppings everywhere the staff were rude as anything
The food is heated up in a microwave. Would never go to this place ever again it needs to be shut down.
The hygiene is disgusting.

Would give it no stars if I could .. horrible and rude staff..was told to leave and get out for asking for little less ice in my drink...was absolutely gobsmacked!! A person was asked to leave as a walked in for wearing a football top ..I should of known then what the staff was like !!! Please don't use this .. absolute vile staff!!

Rude and made to feel unwelcome.

Ruined a day trip.

How this place is still open I don't know. Disgusting behaviour openly displayed by staff, displaying prejudice and straight up refusal to serve if you have a different mind set.

Awful experience blonde lady behind counter extremely rude

Attitude is very rude. Took too long to serve. When asked nobody gave a damn. Was told to leave to anothe place with no reason. Then was told i was using white privilige, when im in fact half black. Just rude all over

absolutely horrible racist place they discriminate and make you feel unwelcome and judged. Refused to serve a white guy for filming a protest and we’re racist towards him. Please stay away from here especially if you have kids!!!

Never expected to witness exclusive behaviour in an “inclusive” place. The staff were extremely arrogant and judgmental, and kicked out those who only had different political beliefs and had nothing to do with their business. Regardless of political stances, any unfriendly, prejudiced or racist people have no place anywhere and should get a life.

Talking about the LGBTQ-flag hanging behind the register with a friend, not taking any standpoints, only discussing. Then being refused service, because I criticized the community, which I did not. Afterwards another costumor came up, saying they were in the wrong for denying service

The staff was very rude to me because I am disabled, I will not come here again.

So I came to go for a breakfast with my brother I was visiting in uni little do I know there’s a protest going in and I was spoke to like crap by the person told by local rhat I’m not from round there and I’m not welcome and denied to be served a breakfast I’d never normally bother to write a review but I am honestly appalled at the audacity to 1 deny someone service over a political view and the sheer amount of rage and anger towards me and 2 bevause even though I’d calmly explained I was simply in town to see my family and had no idea what the protest was and myself have no intrest in politics and I’m simply busy living my life. I found it extremely hostile towards me simply for being from out of town I was literally threatened when I smirked and said that protest had nothing to do with me I’m not a part of it never experienced treatment like it tbh for a “inclusive” place it certainly was more of a exclusive experience where I couldn’t simply walk into the cafe that we chose because we liked the sign out front ….

Racist staff with no empathy for anyone whatsoever

Cherry Reds is being unfairly tarnished for refusing service.

They're a private company & can refuse to serve whomever they want. The fact that they chose to refuse service to a YouTuber sensationalising a politically right wing march and actively gave them airtime and a platform to spew racist and mysogynistic hatred, means I will deffo be back again when next in Brum.

Staff are ballsy and stand up to POS' that need it 🙌🏾

Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Coffee is bang average. Honestly one of the worst places I've been too.

If i could give zero i would! Blond server refusing to serve another customer because he was filming a protest outside the cafe as a YouTuber. The protest opposed her beliefs and she was rude arrogant and discriminatory! Will never go there again.
