Normally i don't go out to complain as i know sometimes there are issues...However, on this occasion the customer service amazes me how bad it is!

We ordered a bed at the beginning of this year and fully paid for. Promised 8-10 week delivery but nothing came.

We chased up and once we got through to someone they kept promising us delivery next week but it was all lies!

Luckily we paid on credit card so we can get our money back which they also promised to refund.

Do not buy from this company as they will not delivery and keep the money. Shambles of a company.

Please don’t waste your time or money! Listen to all of these bad reviews if you get the chance before spending your money and go elsewhere. Their communication more awful than any company I’ve been in contact with. You’re lucky if your item turns up (mine luckily did however not as described) and ever since I have been calling them to discuss this with no answer. I was also owed an £150 refund from them due to the bed being 3 weeks late which after having to go through my bank to dispute and get my money back they have ignored my messages, calls and emails. The most unprofessional and unorganised company, don’t make the mistake of giving them your money!

Do NOT be fooled but the professional website. It's a far from professional set up. I ordered a bed in January, from start to finish it's been a complete nightmare, with delivery pushed right out to April with various reasons. I won't bore you with them all. Bed arrives, not the one promised, with damaged headboard and shoddy photo copied instructions. I have managed to speak in person to about 6 people now, trying to the compensation promised before the bed came. I certainly do not want a new headboard. No replies, or return to calls or email, or follow up to Insta - constant voicemail system so one cares for. It's a complete scam.

Those good reviews have been made up... most the people I first spoke to have left, or changed name! I won't let this go. As I had a bed we don't want.

Same experience. I paid for a bed about a month ago and haven't heard from them since. There is no way I can reach them. They won't answer calls, won't reply to emails or Instagram messages. Can someone please tell me how to get a refund for the bed?

Bed ordered in February, given an intial 2-3 week leadtime. Ended up being 6/7 weeks. Understood on parts/leadtimes increases due to Covid etc, but would have like this to have been transparent/communicated. We did however recieve the mattress sooner which helped us. Quality of bed is very good, sturdy and looks great. Would definitely recommend on the product, but you may have to wait.

If I could give a negative number I would. Fraudulent website, order in Jan with no communication, no bed, no refund- have reported to action fraud. Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered my chesterfield bed a month ago. I was promised my delivery would be last week, I called on Thursday to confirm and they said the delivery would be last weekend. Surprise...I have heard nothing.

I have tried to call multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. They don't respond to emails either... I would avoid.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!! After weeks and weeks of my delivery getting delayed and people constantly giving me different ETAs I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They said if they could get me my bed in 2 working days would I keep the order so I agreed (stupidly) shock.. my bed didn’t turn up. Not being able to get hold of the company that week and finding the reviews on trustpilot I decided to open up a fraud claim with the credit card company I paid with. They gave me my money back so ordered a bed with another company which could deliver within 7 days. I woke up this morning with a message saying my bed could be delivered today between 9-9:30 so I agreed thinking it was the new bed company I ordered from. The bed was then delivered and I signed for it assuming it was from the new place. When I asked the delivery driver if they were from that company they said yes so they drove off and I started to put the bed together. Once taken out of the packaging I realised it was the bed from chesterfield beds not the other place! Thought I might as well try and put it together and shock horror the parts are damaged, the instructions are awful and the parts don’t even fit together. Spoke to the delivery driver who said it’s nothing to do with them and I need to speak to the company and wouldn’t come and pick it up saying it’s nothing to do with them!! I am now left with a faulty bed in a 1 bed flat with nowhere to really store it and having to sleep on the floor until my new bed turns up.
Absolutely shocking and disgusting service I have received from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Beautiful beds, Well-made worth the wait, Value for Money, Great Beds, and Service. Would recommend.

SCAM! Do not order from this company.

I wish I could give them zero starts as they don’t even deserve to be given a star. There is a lier sitting behind all their social accounts and pretends as if they are huge group. At the very start of year I contacted them to place an order, making very clear to them that I am a pregnant lady who is in desperate need of bed, they made me sure I will get the bed within three weeks and they were very keen to reply me as soon as I wrote them but the minute I placed my order things changed, from ignoring my messages, emails and calls to extending the delivery by week by week, from 3 weeks it went to 5, from 5 to 8 and then they just stopped taking my calls, replying me on insta and even blocked me from insta comments. Such unprofessionalism I haven’t witnessed in my life. The played with the trust I put in them. The only email I got from them was the confirmation of the order and one more when I complained on their insta post after which the blocked me. I wrote them again and again, call them like 100 times but no they remained unavailable. When I wrote them I will report them to cyber crime if they don’t refund me , the same person who was telling me that we all work from home and different places and claimed he doesn’t why calls not being taken and emails not being replied, messages via their insta and emailed within same span of time that I was refunded whitout even showing any remorse or any apology or even a simple greetings. SUCH SCUMS THEY/he is....

My daughter is still waiting after 4 months! Been given numerous delivery dates, even sent a picture of it on the van only to be called late in the day to say the van has broken down! Complete crooks taking money when they clearly have no stock! How these online companies get away with these scams is ridiculous!

Don't answer the phone, don't answer emails, when do get through told me would arrive last saturday having checked the order, spoke to someone tuesday who said due to Covid the factory had to close for 2wks so would be another 4wks, said I wanted a refund said the manager would call me back yesterday, no call!! Why are Facebook still allowing them to advertise

The wide range of beds and styles is amazing. They also have sale currently and I love sales. The fabric options give you a sense of freedom, that you do not usually get when buying in-store. Being able to customise your own bed is great!

Worst company ever do not buy from this company they are taking peoples money and not delivering goods. Ignore emails and calls. Still trying to con people to get accomplices to write a good review against all the bad. Do not buy from them. Bank and police involved

Such luxurious beds handmade to order with a wide range of options such as storage, extra space added, choice of colours for the velvet upholstery., wings on the headboard. Two men delivery on request. Swatches available.

For goodness sake do not buy from Nakash Hamid AKA ‘Mr Chesterfield’ he is a complete con and can’t believe he’s gotten away with it for this long. Reported to absolutely every authority I can so won’t be long until he gets investigated and justice will be served.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. THE MANAGING DIRECTOR IS CALLED HAMID, NAKASH. He is also the owner of Mr Chesterfield LTD. Bed ordered in January, ZERO communication and no reply to numerous emails. The company is still accepting payments and I have filed a fraud case with the HSBC TO RECOVER THE MONEY.
DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH EITHER COMPANY.

Great offers and great customer service as the showrooms are closed i cant go to see the item but the live chat provided by them gives me the feel of actually being there
The beds are beautifully designed with a wide range of styles it does take 3-6 weeks but it is well worth the wait and value for money
