Thank goodness for Chester Van Men
Thank goodness for CVM!! We had three quotes to move the contents of our 4-bedroom house (along with garage, outside office and garden items) from three well known companies. With each one, we explained the amount of access to our new home and they all said there would be no problems accessing it. However, all their quotes stated “depending on access there may be a further surcharge” so I asked what it was likely to be and they wanted to charge us another £1500 so I quickly did a search for recommended local firms and found Chester Van Men who I immediately contacted. David was very prompt, polite and professional and although we had only a week before our move, he was able to fit us in and provided us with a very good quote without any hidden extras.
On the day of the move, David and his team were bright and early, they worked very hard and managed to get us out of our old home and into our new home without any damage to goods or properties. We had quite a lot to move and it filled three vans. Nothing was too much trouble, they were a lovely team, all very professional and polite. This move was from Chester to Oswestry in December 2020, the team were fully COVID compliant and we felt very safe.
We are so glad we found Chester Van Men and would happily recommend them to anyone.
