Absolutely abysmal experience. Ordered an item which never arrived, sent emails which kept promising time frames that came and went and eventually the site went down and the email I sent them bounced back. I ended up doing a charge back on my credit card and now they have created further headaches by challenging the chargeback, despite me not receiving my item and them disappearing off the face of the earth. The audacity of these money hungry, dishonest jokers!!! I now see the website has been reinstated, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Also not received my item - avoid at all costs - email no longer in operation as well as the website. Lost my money don't lose yours

If I could give this store no stars that would be to generous. I order in August, they charged my card and I have still not received my item. I have sent multiple emails and there hasn’t been a response to any of them. The website is no longer active, a complete SCAM!

I actually think her attire is beautiful and she has actually left me a message on messenger before and as a very kind woman. I have had the worst experience purchasing from this online store. Last year I purchased something for a vacation and it took eight months to resolve it. They finally told me it was on backorder so they gave me another store credit. I purchased something at the beginning of October for another vacationand I have yet to receive a shipping label and they’re blaming the hurricane. I’m sorry, the hurricane did not happen in the beginning of October. I have emailed them for over a month and I get the same excuse excuses. I am demanding they canceled my order because obviously it has not even been processed and I do not want another store credit!!!!! I want my money back. I will not go through this again and it is very frustrating when you want to buy something and you do not get the customer service nor the item that you purchase.

Ordered a month ago. Never received the order and now the shop is closed and emails are bouncing back.

They never sent what I ordered, and now the their customer service email address is inactive! Second time buying something from Instagram that did not come through, will never buy from an IG ad again.

I placed an order on August 16th for the Camille Chevier beach set, paying $64.90. Not only have I NOT received my order (9.25.24) I have sent 4 emails to the email provided and have not heard anything from anyone and today, 9.25.24 I received a bounce back.

I am now deducing that this company is a scam and it looks like I lost my money.

I would NEVER purchase anything from them again and advise that you proceed with caution or not at all.

Ordered a dress and it never arrived. I tried to track and follow up but the site and email address no longer exist.

Ordered almost 3 months ago, had an email start of August saying it’ll take a bit longer 3 weeks or so, it’s end of September emailed them on Sunday, it says email doesn’t exist!

I ordered initially and it took a long time but received my pieces and they were amazing! I was so excited that I ordered 3 more pieces and have heard nothing since that order in August. Site is down😩. The email bounced back as no longer valid. Wishful thinking—perhaps they will merge with another company and reopen.

I wish I had read the reviews first...because it was Instagram i fell for it...ordered my trouser suit 2 months ago and never appeared! Don't reply to emails either ..I now trustpilot everything before I buy...avoid ladies...total SCAM

I don't know why I didn't check the reviews first. Ordered in mid-July. Have not received item, company has not responded to my request and now the tracking website doesn't even come up. Terrible rip-off.

Complete scam! I should have read the reviews. They took my money but never sent the dress! I emailed them and they said they would refund my money but it has been over two weeks and I never got a refund and now their email doesn’t work and my messages are failing to send.

The info@ customer service email doesn’t even work now. I haven’t received my Order for over 2 months. First email to customer service went unanswered. Second email, it said it couldn’t be delivered. It’s just sunk cost- this is a scam, don’t buy!

Definitely a scam. I ordered in July, nearly two months later the item has not arrived and the company has failed to respond to any of my messages. Guess I should have checked the reviews before purchasing in impulse on Instagram!

Yes I agree with the other reviewers- this is a SCAM company !! Avoid! I got my items but not as described - bad fabric and material not as stated !
I’ve asked for a refund but heard nothing
So I’ve now reported them to my credit card company
I would advise everyone else to do the same !!!

Over 2 weeks since purchasing and no communication of where order is, no response to my emails or instagram messages and no customer service number on their website. So disappointing!

Would give this zero stars if I could.

I had been looking for the co ord set I purchased from this company for some time. When I saw the original model wearing it, posted on their insta, I quickly bought it. My date of purchase was the 20th July and I had confirmation that my order had been shipped on the 22nd July.

Once I saw the tracking link I became suspicious and did the research I should have done before purchasing.

1. I checked the reviews which were predominantly terrible.
2. Their insta has all comments turned off and they have no tagged photos.
3. The model I saw wasn’t tagged. I found out who she was and went to her post of the outfit and it comes from another company. So images are being taken from other pages and companies without permission.

I emailed to ask for an update or refund on the 2nd of August and was told my order would take up to three weeks. It’s now the 26th of August and I still have no outfit or refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
