The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

Originally told delivery would be in two to three weeks, and ended up being over six weeks by me accepting an alternative product which was cheaper than my originally ordered one(no refund). One delivery turned up and I had to reject it as boxes had been opened and it was not the colour I had ordered and mismatched parts. So many messages telling me somebody was going to call me and didn't, deliveries turning up on different days and times compared to what I was advised.
You don't expect such poor service in this day and age. Luckily I had ordered on a credit card so was on the verge of doing a charge back but finally received delivery of an alternative item.
If you order make sure to use a credit card and expect to be chasing them.

Chic concept is a good bespoke furniture company. Price is fair and the staff is responsive and helpful and most important is time waiting and installation just within 2 weeks time. I’ll recommend to friends.

Amazing customer service, guys were on point to make sure we were satisfied. My daughter loves her new bed :)

First ordered in July
Bed was delivered late
Missing parts - took weeks to get the full item
Item was faulty
Took weeks to get the bed collected
And a further 3 weeks to get a refund after chasing every day.
Finally resolved the issue in mid October.

I was promised daily for progress and updates for parts/collection/refund and this would never happen. Always told they would come back to me or they were checking etc etc but never did without me chasing.

I felt they did not understand their obligations to a consumer and the correct procedures to follow, often in breach of their own t&cs.

Totally exhausting and would not purchase from them ever again.

Fantastic customer services, very available on whatsapp and calls to support with designing the bed for our show home.

Supported with delivery and install. Products were superbly packaged and protected.

I ordered a 6ft ottoman for the bottom of our bed, the price was very reasonable. They were really helpful in sharing fabric swatches to endure I got the right colour and super friendly.

The ottoman, is exceptionally good value ans is made really well.

Would recommend.

Just received 2 Ottoman beds from this company and the service was outstanding. I messaged them and they done a rush order for me with delivery in just a few days. Nothing was a problem for them and the beds were great value for money.

Without doubt the single most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with.
I’ve been passed around several different staff members, although am pretty certain it’s the same guy.
Designed and bought some bespoke bed headboard panels in May and received the delivery (late) without the 2 panels with cut outs for plug sockets - leaving our headboard incomplete.
One attempted delivery missed due to the driver running out of time - nobody contacted me.
The communication throughout has been a joke.
“Will call you first thing tomorrow” etc… No phone calls.
Stay away from this company.
They are absolutely terrible and do not deserve to be making any money.

I recently purchased a bed from Chic Concept Bed Factory, and I am very impressed with the experience. The quality of the bed is fantastic, and it feels durable and well-made. I love that they offer a wide range of designs and customization options, so I could choose the perfect fabric and style to match my room.

Bed really beautiful. If there are any issues they will come and sort it. Would recommend to anyone.

I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading some negative reviews on here but I can honestly say I received a very professional service, from initial enquiry right through to delivery, they fitted socket boxes for me and gave good advice for fitting etc.They went out of their way to deliver my headboard and bed on a Saturday. The product is very well made and we are very happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend them.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. Initially, the process appeared to be smooth: the bed and headboard were delivered, albeit the wrong size headboard. I returned it for resizing, but the replacement lacked a dibond chrome strip necessary for a clean, finished look. Despite this being their error, I was charged an additional £50, which I reluctantly paid to avoid further issues. Unfortunately, this proved to be a significant mistake on my part.

Since May 2024, I have been waiting for the correct chrome strip to be sent. Initially, I was informed they were struggling to get a precise cut. However, I was told that two strips had been dispatched, only to later be informed they havent arrived week or two later and that they would send the chrome strip out asap. As of July, I have yet to receive the strip.

When I called to address the issue, I was told I had been dealing with a different colleague, which is blatantly false, as I have voice recordings from the same individual on WhatsApp. Recently, I was informed that they cannot provide the required strip and that I must source it myself. Despite multiple promises to send the final chrome strips, I am left to believe this will never happen.

Ever since I made the full payment, I have been consistently lied to and ignored. The lack of professionalism is glaring. If you wish to experience deceit and unprofessional behavior, this company is perfect for you. I strongly advise against making full payment until you are completely satisfied with their service.

Despite the company's claims of honesty and integrity, their actions reflect none of these values.

On July 11th, I removed my negative review after the company pleaded for me to remove my review and promised to send me a new strip. However, what they sent was completely different in material. They then informed me that they had ordered the correct item from Amazon, using the link I provided, which indicated Prime next-day delivery or, at the latest, within two days. It's now August 17th, and I still haven't received the strip.

Additionally, on August 1st, I requested to PURCHASE an extra side bed panel as my original came with a faulty bolt and hole for the bolt, which they assured me they would provide free of charge as a good will. But, as you might have guessed, that hasn't arrived either.

Yesterday, 13th August, i had a heated conversation with Chic Concept, they had given me their WORD my items were ready to be sent out mid week this week (between 11&14th September). As you have guessed they have not sent nothing, i even offered to send someone to pick it up over 100miles away from them however their words were ‘we do have a life to outside work’, clearly they are the only ones who have a life and i enjoy chasing these liars.

Words honestly cannot describe my frustration and anger with these liars. If anyone wants to be messed around then this is the company to go to.

My advice, regardless of delivery, hold the payment until you are 100% satisfied with your item once its set up, don’t let them pressure you into making a payment on delivery.

I am more than willing to share my correspondence with this company to substantiate my claims for anyone who suspects this review is fabricated.

I think it's clear by now... this has been a horrendous experience and terrible service.

Honestly cannot fault the service with Chic Concept. Our twin girls bed arrived within a week as promised, as we needed it as soon as possible.
Adam was very responsive through Whatsapp with any questions I had. He rang me the night before delivery. The bed was really easy to assemble and compliments their bedroom beautifully. Just not sure why no access has been left in order to attach u clips. The material had been stapled all the way around.........? The bed base definitely hasn't been constructed and upholstered by factory expects as stated in the product listing on their website........

Delivery guys rang when they were almost due to arrive and very friendly.

Knocking star off today 9/9/2024 as looked closely at bed in different lighting and fabric finish doesn't line up where divan bases join. It's really noticeable and looks shoddy. Doesn't look finished to a high standard. Neither is where wood has been cut out to accommodate headboard struts?
For almost £250 it will see us through for a year or two hopefully.
After reading some other reviews for the company I don't think I'll be contacting them, as I'm not sure they will resolve the poor finish issue. Yes the bed looks lovely but very disappointed at the same time.

So after posting my review I received a call from Chic to say my mirror had been dispatched and would arrive on Saturday or possibly Monday!! The guy was constantly saying that my original order must have been lost and also that the mirror was now discounted and end of line and I had not paid much for it! What's that got to do with the fact that I have waited 40 odd days for it!!I honestly believe that if I hadn't given them a negative opinion on line I would not have received my order,he then asked me to retract my review once my order arrived!!! Having worked in retail for 28yrs for M&S I know what good customer service is, it is not waiting 40days for delivery of an item that you have paid for and not being told that as its reduced you should almost feel grateful your order was accepted.i won't be ordering from them again

Ordered bespoke wall panels & ottomon king size bed; from start to finish the communication has been brilliant & the wall panels & ottoman bed are really well made & look stunning & luxurious in my bedroom .

Brilliant customer service. I ordered car bed for my son birthday it was due to deliver same day but I received message it will not be delivered same day when I spoke to them and told them it was for my son birthday they arranged delivery for same day. Beyond my expectations.

Even thought I had not made payment but they still delivered it as promise.

There was cosmetic fault with 1 part they happily accept to deliver spare part.

I would recommend them without hesitation for brilliant customer service.

My bed was delivered today and I am delighted with it.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided from the time I requested fabric samples (which arrived the next day) to receiving the bed. We opted to assemble it ourselves which was very easy.

Would highly recommend this company .

I did have a long nightmare with this company but was recently contacted by the company and they have resolved my issues and assured me the person responsible has left the firm. I believe them so hopefully they are now in a better place to be trusted.

Ordered a bed on 24th May, half the order turned up late. Still waiting (now 16th August) for the mattress or a refund for it. Over 80 messages and phone calls of broken promises. I can only presume they assume most people forget and this “loop” is standard practice. Total waste of time and now getting money back through credit card. Order at your peril
