I actually stumbled into this shop by accident, and I’m so glad I did. What started as a quick look turned into two amazing finds a beautifully made wooden console table and a vase that immediately caught my eye. Both pieces feel unique and well-crafted, the kind of items you don’t see everywhere.

The shop itself is really cute and thoughtfully curated, making it easy to get inspired just walking around. On top of that, the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming without being pushy, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those unexpected discoveries that ends up being a favorite.

Such a beautiful store lots of amazing products that you don't see on the high street. The staff couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you so much

pm. Door notice says closed 5.30 pm. We arrived today ( Saturday March 8 2025 ) just before 5 pm having travelled some distance…. only to be turned away and told 5 pm is new closing time and has been for some time. Very disappointing treatment by sales person who obviously didn’t care. Just locked up and drove away. We have little time together in which to shop and have been waiting for weeks for this opportunity. Looking to replace our suite, a very dissatisfying experience.

Never received item. I decided to cancel and requested a refund. Manager of the shop doesn't answer emails of telephone calls. I am still waiting for the refund.

Buyer Beware- never received product!

I ordered the Sences Alang Alang diffuser from Chic Interiors Cheshire on August 15, 2024, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After patiently waiting for over four weeks with no sign of my order, I reached out to their customer service on September 24. I received no response and filled out the contact form on their website. Finally, on September 26, they responded, assuring me that the order was shipping soon and that they would follow up with tracking information. However, that follow-up never came. I tried reaching out again multiple times - on October 7, 9, 12, and 15, and heard nothing back. Despite all my efforts, I never received the product or any further communication. Eventually, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, as their lack of communication and follow- through made for a frustrating experience.

I ordered two gold pumpkins for my fall decorative tray almost three weeks ago. The pumpkins were £2.50 each & the postage was £10.00! Ridiculous price considering Cheshire is not far from where I live. The items never arrived. I emailed to see where they are on their journey as I never received tracking. The representative apologised & assured me I would be contacted in the morning when she had a chance to look into it. That was a week ago. I never heard from them again! Numerous emails were sent & all were ignored. I opened an RBS dispute with my bank & they retrieved the money back. Would not recommend 👎 companies are doing this a lot since covid!!

Chloe and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure a gift I needed for someone's birthday was dispatched immediately after I purchased it. It arrived the next day, beautifully wrapped. Excellent customer service -wish I was nearer your shop!

This is a favourite shop of mine everything is so beautifully presented and the shop is so bright and clean. The staff greet you as you enter but apart from asking if they can be of help they leave you to peruse all the lovely stock at your leisure which is what I like. Whether you are looking for anything in particular or not there are very many gift ideas to buy for birthdays and dare I mention Christmas!!!! Something for everyone …. Lovely

What a gorgeous shop! If you're a fan of home interiors, you must visit chic! The team are amazing and have recently helped me furnish and decorate my home! I am so happy with the quality of the furniture and accessories!

What an amazing shop full of gorgeous home interiors. There is a wide choice of lamps and light fittings to choose from. They also sell beautiful reasonably priced costume jewellery and clothes. Well worth a visit.

One star is too generous. Do NOT buy from here!! Received my item in a thin ridiculous box ripped and taped back together. My item arrived smashed to pieces. Ignored my emails so have had to raise a dispute through PayPal.. still nothing! Absolutely Disgusting.
