I contacted support, and their response was that they don't accept cards issued from Libya. I don't know why; they didn't tell me the reason. I don't know what the problem is, and I hope they will tell me because it's my right to know.

24h customer service is a joke. When someone finally decides to respond there is about 50 min plus between each response to my questions and receiving instructions or a reply

A follow up to my previous post...this exchange has been holding $50k of my money for over a month and refuse to return it. I'm forced to get legal representation to get it returned. Never....ever...deal with this company or you risk losing your funds or crypto. BE AWARE!!!!!
