Mia, my contact at Chicshouse did an excellent job at keeping in touch with me about my order. Even though I didn’t receive my order, she made sure I got a replacement as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service by her.

Awful. I ordered 2 books back in December, and I just got one of them a couple of days ago after countless apologies. The other book I was told, has been removed from the shelf and I have 2 options:
1. Receive a 20% refund of my purchase for that book
or
2. Find another book on their site of the same price, and they will expedite the shipping. (Mind you, I had already paid for expedited shipping at the beginning of the order back in December.) DO NOT trust them. It seems like a small business that is in over its head. They cannot provide or refund the product.

While I was not able to get my item on time, Chicshouse gave me the option to cancel the order without any question at all. Not my usual mailorder experience.

THIS PLACE IS 100% A TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a book called "Pussypedia: A Comprehensive Guide". I wanted to surprise the wife (who is a DOMINATRIX and I thought it would be great for her dungeon) for XMAS. I even paid a $15.99 upcharge for "VIP SHIPPING". A few days from XMAS I realized I still had not got an updates. I reached out and they apologized and said that "because of demand its on back order, please allow 7-10 days for us to get this out to you".
So I did that.
And they offered me 15%. After the time passed I reached back out and they said "sorry about that, let me offer you $8 off once it ships" and I said "nope. Just give me a refund". Then I get a response of "please let us ship this to you, we will give you a 15% discount. So its gone from 15% ($6.50) to $8 and then back to 15%.
I refused the discount, told them I dont think they are an honest business and I am not sure they even have the book. Then a woman named MOLLY reached out to me and said she would give me a refund IF I give her a good review.
SO I AGREED BECAUSE SHES HOLDING MY REFUND HOSTAGE
and I got my refund today... and now i am giving them what they deserve. 1-STAR.
because that is all they deserve.

Ordered a book from them in early December after reading their shipping policy (3-5 to process order and ships the next day after processing) it’s been 25 days and nothing. I’ve emailed them 3 times and zero response. Had to open a chargeback to get a refund.

Terrible experience. I ordered a product assuming this was a legit company but received nothing in return.
This company chicshouse operates focusing on American customers, has a UK address but is located in China. Do not do business with this place. They shouldn’t be allowed to sale to us.

I was so excited to get my new planner, but it was lost in shipping. Although I did not receive my order, Molly was very responsive to my request for an acceptable resolution. I’d not hesitate to do business with her company again in the future.

1. Placing the order was easy. 2. I received my package in good shape, though a few items were out of stock that I ordered. 3. I was offered a full credit towards a new order after a few emails were exchanged.

Thank you so much! I received my much anticipated package on time and without incident. The tracking process was exceptionally accurate. It took a bit of time to receive, but the package was in good shape upon arrival and my book in excellent condition. Thank you! It was a pleasure working with you!

Company never delivered my original items. After a lengthy series of emails, where I was polite while they were condescending, I kept my patience for quite some time. A refund was never offered. They told me my original items were no longer in production, yet they remain for purchase on the website. They then offered a discount code, which I repeatedly tried to utilize but would not work on the website. When I asked about it. They told me "we cannot tell you how a discount code works". EXCUSE ME. You type it in at delivery. This company is scam. Has poor customer service. I NEVER write bad reviews because who has time for this negative energy. But I am so done. Do not waste YOUR time or money purchasing from here.
