Ordered 1 handheld laser engraving kit for 54 USD. Was first charged for 2, but got refund of 1. Then the express parcel was rushed to the airport the next day. Then the Penguin Airlines known from the movies Madagascar, took over. 2 months without any possibility to track.

Finally I got to pick up my package. Was an envelope 10x15cm containing two children's toy stamps without any pattern or ink. So, 54 USD for a toy stamp without use.

What's out for these guys. They run under a number of names!

I purchased 2 of their High-Speed Portable 2TB SSD devices. Got them today. Basit and switch... They are simple 2TB USB sticks. They advertised 850MB/sec transfer rate and these have 12MB/sec. Sent email and no response. The devices they sent look nothing like what is pictured on their website.

Do not order from this China based company. I ordered 3 suits that were too big. I requested a return authorization and was informed that I had to return the items at my expense and most likely package would never make it back to China so as a resolution, keep the items and accept $5.

Do NOT order from this company. They used to use the name Pop Palm and they either don't send the product at all and hope you go past the time frame to file a chargeback or just forget about your order so they keep the money. I have emailed several times and still don't have any tracking even though I ordered over 6 weeks ago.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICSMALL! I would have rated than a -1 if that was an option. I ordered 3 items Nov 19th and received them Dec 7th. Delivery time wasn t too bad but communication from them was terrible. I did not receive any communication to let me know the items were shipped. That s not why I was so disappointed though. It s the quality of their products that has me so disappointed. The one cardigan looks like a sheet that someone dyed black and cut tassels along the side. The blue, white and gray sweater looked nothing like the picture. It was not a sweater as the picture depicted and made from very poor quality material. The 3rd sweater was poorly made and smells weird. I can only hope the smell comes out in the wash. If it were in store I would not have bought it. I normally don t write reviews but this was so terrible I felt I had to write it to hopefully save another victim from throwing away their hard earned money.

Well it seems as though I should have looked over the reviews for chicsmall before I decided to make a purchase. I ordered my boots in Nov 2018 I expected them at least middle Jan I emailed them and was told I would have to wait until New Year celebration was over. I finally got them in Mar 2019 They sent the wrong size said they were sending the correct size, never got them tried to give me $5 when I paid $40 U.S. after arguing for 4 months I accepted defeat and settled for $12 U.S.. I strongly urge people to stay away from this company they are rip-off artists.

They are liars and crooks.

I've battled for months..trying to get refund for my daughters Christmas gift. It was poor quality... came weeks after promised delivery date .. of course after holiday.

It's April and still no refund... tho they only want to give 6 of 27 I paid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! It's click-thru drop-shipping. You are not dealing with Americans--maybe the person who owns the e-web click business is, but its like a pyramid scheme--if you finally get your item, you cant return it! You have to send it back to China, and then wait 1-2 months for credit, which you wont get. When they finally replied to me after over 10 emails and a Paypal investigation, they offered me an $8 credit for a $33 purchase!! The dress is the cheapest piece of crap I've ever seen--like would have passed it up if it were $3 at Goodwill. Total nightmare!

I ordered two medium fleece lined shirts and pants. I used the sizing chart but they arrived being so small I don't think there is a xs that small. Probably a child size 7 maybe. Awful. Material was good but size WAYYY off. These were not inexpensive either!!! My loss was over $100.

I ordered two 5XL coats on Feb 5th. After many emails back and forth "we're very busy we need a few more days" etc the coats were finally shipped on March 20. I got the coats on April 1st. They were for my sister's birthday and I ordered each coat in a size 5XL. When I received them, one is a 5XL and the other is a 3XL !! I am disappointed and emailed them about this but have not heard anything back. I would like them to send a 5XL at no charge but I doubt that will happen.
Please ensure you are mailing out the proper garments to your customers.

I'm another foolhardy customer that ordered before reading reviews. Ridiculously sized! When communicating to return, I got the total run around. Measure it, take a picture. Back and forth, back and forth. A $30 lesson learned.

I didn’t even want to put 1 Star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their customer service is horrible. They state how easy their return policy is......NOT. All their crap comes from China. I was told not to return what I bought. It would take 1 month for them to receive it in China and 1 month to get the refund. The item was too small. They told me to keep it and donate it or give it to a friend for a present. Horrible company

I suspected this would be a bust shortly after ordering. I did not (before ordering) check reviews or know that the products were made in China. Shipment took FOREVER. Tracking was a pain and was very inaccurate. I was told my package had been delivered when, in fact, it arrived 4 days LATER. When I opened the package I immediately smelled a strange odor. The material the two blouses were made from was some completely foreign substance, but they did look like the pictures. The sizes seemed appropriate, but there was no way I could wear them without washing them first. Well... that sealed the deal that I had wasted my money entirely. Washed in cold water, I could already see when removing them from the washer that they had shrunk considerably. Once dried, I attempted to put them on. The construction was bizarre, to say the least. Due to the shrinking and very odd construction, they both ended up in the trash. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE HORRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!

I tried to write a review of a purchase on their site, but it wouldn’t submit. I was very unhappy with my first and only purchase from them. Items were not true to size and made of thin material, cheaply made, shipping was very slow. Don’t waste your time or money with Chics Mall.

If I could give it a “0” I would. Terrible company - sizing, colors and quality are totally misrepresented. Their return policy is nonexistent. I tried to return a blouse. Their response:

Do not purchase anything from them!!

Horrible. Took over a month to even receive my order and when it finally arrived, it was nothing like it was pictured. Customer Service had no desire to resolve the issue either. Shoppers beware.

I ordered a sweater for my wife for Valentine’s Day on Feb 2nd thinking 12 days was plenty of time and the shipping was advertised for 5-7 days. Valentines Day was Feb 14th. Today is Feb 25th and I still have not received the item. I checked the tracking and it says it’s due to arrive in a few more days. If you don’t mind waiting a month for your clothes, go for it. Otherwise use a more reliable retailer like Amazon.

For full transparency, I emailed a customer service representative by the name of Daisy who responded with:

I ordered 2 sweaters at a cost of almost 50 dollars and have heard nothing from them they were ordered back in January. still have not received them and have sent them 5 emails and no response so I am calling my attorney General to see what he can do. so don't anyone buy from them. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford the loss. I hope you are proud of the reputation that you have. nothing more than theives

There must be some way this comapny can be taken down from Facebook! They are a scam. My experience mirrors all the other comments on this company. They also go by the name of Asvogue. They should not be allowed to advertize because the ads are fraudulent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPNY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY. They refuse to refund and their products are mis-sized. I have yet to receive even the $5 they promised after I was told to give the item to charity. Why won’t Facebook refuse to allow them to post or to advertise?

As with most of the other reviews, I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them. The tee shirt I ordered took forever to arrive, was badly and cheaply made and - even though I ordered an XL to be sure it fit - it would not have fit a 10 year old. It would cost more to send it back than it us worth. I have left negative ratings on their FB page and they were immediately removed.
