What can I say ? nothing but respect for the outstanding customer service I bought the soul mate foot massager after 3 months of use I encountered a small problem which the team at chill chair quickly resolved for me . I couldn’t be happier ,Great company to deal with .

So disappointed in this chair. After 2 months it stopped working. Very uncomfortable for sitting long hours. Seat is hard and very uncomfortable. Massage was nice when it worked. A complete waste of money.

Really impressed with the Chill Chair, super comfortable and the massage function is a genuine standout, especially after a long day. It feels well built and easy to set up, and I’ve found myself using it more than expected. Overall, a great balance of comfort and practicality, definitely worth it.

We had a fault with the Solemate foot massager and the response from Chill was exemplary.
They answered emails within hours, were helpful, concerned and in a replacement was received within 2 days of confirmation of the fault.
For me this indicates complete faith in their product and genuine concern for their customers.

We initially bought the footstool which has gone down amazing well both with family and guests. At Christmas we had friends queuing to take a turn. We then decided we need to also get the chair. There were a few delays but we were kept very well informed. Customer service is excellent. The Chair arrived last week and is equally excellent - these are exceptional products
