We're just about to hit our 1 Year anniversary working with Chilli Apple and it seemed like a apt time to give feedback on our experience so far!

After years of struggling to get straight answers, waiting days for replies & solutions it was an absolute breath of fresh air to work with the Chilli-Apple team, specifically Jade & Lauren!

From dealing with hand overs, to update calls, to general advice this incredibly proactive and eager team has spent the last year setting us up for some huge gains in the coming months/years and we're excited to see what happens in the years to come!

Couldn't recommend them enough!

Chilliapple were fantastic with our project. With me not being the most technically minded, they managed to simplify everything and fully understand what we wanted whilst explaining the process and accurate timelines. Highly recommend.

Chilliapple are incredibly responsive, communicative, efficient and flexible. We have worked together for 2-3 years, over which we have implemented significant developments to our surgical video tutorial journal. They are capable of a significant diversity of tasks, but ours have mostly been restructuring, quiz implementation, design alterations, search functionality and new buttons.

I have very little negative to say, except that the minimum quote is usually 1 hour, which can seem like too much for a small task. Over the years, their price has also increased at an unsurprising rate.

They are able to handle many tasks at once, and offer execution of our ideas, as well as designing new concepts.

We worked with ChilliApple on a major rebuild using the Adobe Commerce platform. Communication has always been clear and in a timely manner. Ongoing support from our Account Manager, with whom we have a great relationship, has been excellent.

ChilliApple have been exceptional in overseeing our website development and growth. Would highly recommend them! Jade's support as our account manager has been extremely helpful and we are grateful for all their guidance and expertise.

I decided to move our website development & management to ChilliApple having had a very bad experience with the previous agency we used.

Chilliapple have been the fuel in our companies engine for the past year by helping us to develop the signature product and get it launched. Avatar is ready for use thanks to Chilliapples tremendous technical delivery design and delivery process.

Chilliapple have been providing their Gold support package for just over six months and we have found them to be excellent in all respects. Chilliapple have updated our Magento site to the latest version, resolved our outstanding bugs, found a cheaper hosting solution and installed a new payments system. They are easy and transparent to deal with and any additional costs are outlined before they start any work. Highly recommended.

I have worked with a number of different website developers and ChilliApple have been by far the best for a number of reasons:

(1) Their customer service is exceptional – my account manager was Helena, and she was brilliant. She would update me constantly and answer any queries very quickly, usually within a couple of hours!

(2) Their developers also work very quickly. And if there is a delay, I would get an update. They are also very responsive to changes or ideas that I think are important to the site.
