bought an office key, got nothing and livechat is not responding.(3 days later i got the key)
bought an office key, the site says "YOUR KEY WILL BE SENT SOON" but its been over an hour and nothing changed, tried to contact them to try and understand what "soon" means, but their site livechat did not respond for 45 minutes now.
edit: its been 2 days now, no response, no key, no money.
its a 100% scam site, do not give them your money.
edit2: after 3 days i was sent a key and contacted by their support who said he broke his leg and had to go to the emergency room

I purchased a Microsoft Office 2021…
I purchased a Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus Key but after the purchase I didn't get the key just the office itself. I'm giving 5 star because the customer service was really nice and kind and I got a refund and I was told that I will receive the key anyway tomorrow.

Key not received 18hours after the buyout
My mother bought a Microsoft Office Pro key at 00:30 and she hasn't received the key and hasn't got any response or email by chillkeys, they are literally ignoring the e-mail my mother sent hours ago and it has been almost 18 hours since the transaction. Please don't buy here if you don't want to be scammed.

Windows 11 pro
Got key for Windows 11 pro right away and it worked in activation. Bought another key for Windows 10 pro next day and it was the same experience. For now I can recommend this site.

Key not working
i bought windows 11 pro retail key and it didnt work, it was a used key, i wrote on their site and no response, beaware. they responded and the issue got solved, got a new key and it worked.

The key didnt work
The key didnt work. Tried it multiple times and on different spots. But I got a full refund without any fuss. (In the meantime I already purchased it elsewhere, so I didnt use the help they wanted to give to make it work.)
