Would give 0 if it were available
Would give 0 if it were available. Shocked to see sale of family members home appears dishonestly advertised with incorrect information and a fairytale price. Sent message asking Chimnie to take it down and no response. This will result in consumers paying for data based on false information and property prices that are severely undervalued.

I'm so, so sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify up front - consumers never pay for our data - we only charge businesses to access high-volumes of information via API. We do not advertise any properties - our portal contains 30 million free property reports. And we reply to all messages within 48 hours. Our team puts huge time and effort into providing free public information about 30 million properties using state-of-the-art machine learning, and investigates any issues in our technology as soon as they are raised. The data needs to be updated, for example our village has seen numerous eateries and shops open within the past 12 months and this is not represented in the current reports.

What the hell is going on
What the hell is going on. I find my house in Mineheadis on this site indicating it is for sale .it is not for sale . We have people knocking at the door, Chimnie has no telephone number to complain to. Take my house off your site or we are in a legal situation

I'm really sorry to hear you have had issues on our free platform - we definitely do not list properties as for sale and every page on the site is marked with "This is not a sales listing. Chimnie shares data reports for every British property."
Our free data platform allows homeowners to prepare for works on their property with a simple and quick lookup - these include planning constraints, flood risk, contaminated land and radon at no cost.
On the rare occasion we get a request to hide a data report by email at hello@chimnie.co.uk, our team aims to take care of it within 1 business day. I hope we've been able to assist you, but if you need any further help at all, please do reach out directly to our team.

Really prideful area! friendly nabures really close to all shopes including silverburn shopping mall
the only down side to staying hear really is !
If you Owen a car or van you will have real trouble finding a parking space as just about every one Owen’s a car and it’s all one way streets and both sides of the street are full with park cars
But putting that aside it’s a really grand place to stay some
local parks x 4 entertainment,x4
shops x 12 , hairdressers, x2 local cafes x3 tattoo shops x1
& main shopping mall ( silverburn) three primary schools like a piece full small town only you know everyone like in a small village p
Personally for me I give it 10/10 as am so happy hear & that I have found peice & quite for the first time and what more can you ask for ?

My house is listed by this company as…for sale.
My house is listed by this company as being for sale. I have never given any indication that is for sale nor will it be. I have notified them accordingly and if it is not removed immediately I will put the matter into the hands of my solicitor.
