This is absolutely the worse platform I've ever dealt with i won off of a 30 cent daily gift and during play they stopped my game when I reached 1,000 dollars. Then refuse to pay out said Tennessee was a restricted state. I studied there rules and regulation, not one time in their revised pages did it say Tennessee was a restricted state, also after the winning a big red box at the top of screen , starting staying on the phone.
They offer 24 /7 support but thats a lie. They made me hold up a piece a paper. And write on the paper. Excalty what they said. Word for, word. Dont add to it and dont take away from it. I was make to hold the paper in front of me and take pictur.only to give me 20 reasons why it wasn't right and to retake it over 40 xs for them
After that they blaced my account only to make me do something else. Out of a $1000 I got one gift card. They made me miserable. Does anything. I'm in the middle of suing this platform

Awesome is the word
I mean wow, what a roller coaster ride. All of us ride that coaster once in a while. I was “privileged” to take a journey on the Chipnwin coaster this weekend. Obviously it started low - that’s me, very observant and very mad because even though I hit or won a spin, they didn’t pay me. So, at other sites when this happens you are instantly a begrudged poor loser, a habitual liar or a con artist trying to steal from the casino. So as I’m watching it transpire in real time I’m thinking what’s going on. To protect myself from a stroke , I walked away to calm down and address it another day when I’m calmer. Next day I get an email talking about funds I have available and to come play at Chipnwin for another winning day. “Another? They didn’t pay me the first time”, but they did. Unbeknownst to me (I should read more) at Chipnwin your “winnings” (name of account, wallet, pot your winnings are kept) are deposited after each spin you win and kept separated from your deposit / play funds. When your play funds are depleted you can easily open your wallet choose “convert funds” or “redeem”, If you are converting funds you are given the option of 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent of your winnings amount you want converted into play funds. SURPRISE! This process costs big time…in gold coins! Yes, I couldn’t believe that someone was smart enough to finally give a reason or purpose for buying digital or virtual casino gold coins not worth a squat. Even more surprising is if you push the right buttons this process can be completed IN BETWEEN BLACKJACK HANDS. No fuss, no muss. Now, if you decide you are done wagering for the day simply select redeem, where to deposit to and enter the amount. I requested my redemption on Saturday and on Sunday I received an email explaining my funds would be available for withdraw from my bank in 30 minutes. You can’t beat it - yes they can. Over 3,000 slots, a huge table game selection and a live casino that kept me going for almost 72 hours (with a few naps of course). I am not lucky in technology, so for me to do all this…I was impressed, taken aback actually. Being unlucky in most things on most days is like waking up each day to a ball peen hammer to the groin area then having to cook breakfast for it’s wielder.. I’m not impressed with many establishments that advertise or market a picture perfect image of themselves all the while doing anything and everything they can get away with to take from you. You know, if you don’t you should, casinos are built to take your money. Not some, not a lot…but all of it. Played in one today (NOT Chipnwin) and counted 5 hands, consecutively the computer dealer drew out a 4,5 and 6 card twenty one (a perfect score)five times in a row to beat 20’s and 19’s as well as the other poor fellas that received a 2 instead of a 10 when they doubled down. After 30 some years from Vegas to Pala, Biloxi, Tunica, Cherokee, Detroit, Windsor I’ve played in them all. I’ve seen a lot and was blessed to have been able to play a lot. But I have never seen something like this. Honestly, I would have respected them more if they would have just sent a pop up window, when I deposited that read something like “we save you from the drama and just take your money, now kiss off” Or smack me across the face, take my money and tell me not to come back. And no, I won’t go back to that trap, and will be sure to let others know. Thankfully, I think that I got to play at a good one this weekend. Now I know it doesn’t happen all the time and that just because I won it’s a good place. Or here’s a sad indicator about us that should be sending up red flags. We have to take into consideration the fact that corporations, no people will do anything and everything to take what’s yours. That could include paying people off for writing good reviews or even letting them win a few jackpots. It’s sad that we have to think that. Here’s the 411, I had fun for a change. I had a good weekend. I enjoyed something for a change. And, I smiled, not the disingenuous one I hand out regularly. Actually I smiled a lot and had fun because I didn’t sense or let’s say I didn’t feel anxious while being there. I felt relaxed and was able to let my guard down. Chipnwin supplied the platform and it enabled me to become a better player and have fun. It was a relaxing winning weekend and I am very thankful for it. Thanks Chipnwin! Lived and loved every minute of it. I played so many games and had so much fun, that I escaped this life, left all the pain, all the suffering and made it one more day
