I bought 2 products from them
last Sunday. After constantly contacting them I was told the products are delivered. Checked with concierge still no sign of them. Constant headache for me to be following up on my order for the whole week. This is taken up so much of my time. Customer services are really poor. If you order from them be ready to be constantly chasing. No one answers the email sent to them. Shipment order have no details of anything either. Nightmare!!!

They advertise the jewelry to look to pretty.....then you get it..... its cheap tack,its dull not atal like the pics.iv asked why I do not have a returns label as it states on the website its free returns.they have since sent me the address to return it and I'm to pay the bill......they also have asked me to print my order and put that in the returns......now I don't have a printer..... and why would they need this when my order number is in with the items.
They are literally making it so hard to return items probably so I won't bother.

Don't waste your money on this naff jewelry

Lovely items but sadly the ring i brought doesnt fit despite following the size chart it is way too big, didnt realise i couldnt return or exchange else i probably wouldnt of ordered!

I was expecting to wait a few days for my item to come, as I think I ordered on a Friday and wasn’t counting the weekend as working delivery days and they arrived on the Monday. Really please with them, they’re better than expected! Will be ordering again!
