Thank you so much for this wonderful review. I have to admit, reading that your dog followed me straight into the salon as if we were long-lost friends left me feeling quite emotional. Building trust with dogs, especially when they’re meeting someone new, is one of the most important parts of what I do, so that means the world to me.
I’m delighted that you’re happy with his groom and that he’s feeling more comfortable, cooler, and less bothered by shedding in the warmer weather. He was an absolute pleasure to spend time with, and I loved getting to know him.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure to groom Daisy, especially at 15 years young! Cockerpoos have such wonderful temperaments and are full of personality, which is why I love grooming them so much. Last Christmas I jokingly wished for more Cockerpoos to groom, and now I’m lucky enough to have over 20 regular Cockerpoo clients ranging from just 4 months old to 15 years old like Daisy!

I’m so pleased you were delighted with the results and that Daisy left feeling happy, relaxed, and looking her best. Thank you for trusting me with her care – I look forward to seeing her again soon.

I’m really glad your cockapoo felt comfortable during their groom—that’s always my focus, especially with puppies.

I work with a lot of young dogs, so I’m very used to their sweet, excitable nature and tailor each appointment to suit them. I allow plenty of time so they’re never rushed or pressured, helping them feel relaxed and build confidence with the grooming process.

It was lovely to meet you both, and I look forward to helping your pup continue to grow in confidence!

It was an absolute pleasure grooming your dog, and I’m so glad I could fit him in last minute. He did amazingly well at a new salon to him, especially for a nervous dog, not that he showed any nerves when here he was very relaxed in the rural scenic setup, and went home looking very handsome in his bandana!
