The property I bought was exceptional!!!
I had the best experience working with CLI. The whole transaction was smooth and easy, thanks to Matt. The lot looks great and I was able to finish the entire transaction without any inconvenience.

Would not recommend these sellers
They sold me a plot of land they advertised as cleared land, but it was entirely in forest. They knew the purpose for the land and should have understood that it was a bad fit but they were intent on making the sale. They are also relentless spammers- once you express interest, they'll keep calling and goading you, trying different stories and sales pitches until they find one that works. You can find cheap land, but these agents were not pleasant to work with.

Our goal is always to provide clear, accurate information about every property we offer. We include photos, drone footage, and detailed directions to help buyers make informed decisions. We also encourage all potential buyers to conduct their own due diligence and even give direct county contacts and phone numbers for our buyers to reach out directly. We believe, and are committed to, full transparency throughout the buying process.
Regarding communication, we aim to follow up proactively, as consistent follow-up is a standard practice in real estate to ensure buyers have all the information they need.

Honestly we were nervous at first since we hadn't heard of Choice Land Investments but the process was easy & smooth. Matt & his team took care of everything & we're so happy with our purchase!
