I had a great experience when purchasing my plan and my husbands plan . We had been looking a funeral plans for a while but to be able to purchase one from my local funeral directors was great . I have always used them for any family funerals and to know that I would still be using them even though it would be a direct cremation was very settling . I was treated with the utmost respect . The young lady was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would happen . It was a pleasure dealing g with her . Amazing staff and the policies came very quickly through the post . You definitely run a five star service for your clients

They answered telephone calls promptly. Their communication was personal and friendly. They answered questions with understanding and efficiency. Were always polite and genuinely did not mind how often I contacted them before coming to a final decision. Some humour too!

We had been looking to take a plan out and Sterry Funeral office in Hythe is a nice smart looking place. Once inside and talking with Heidi she was so good at explaining and talked us through everything and we were happy to take out the plan with Choice as they seem to be a lovely company, thank you .
