Je me pausais des questions au sujet de mes commandes et quelqun ma répondu dans presque l'immédiat toujours gentil poli et voulant me répondre le mieux possible et assez vite tres bonne expérience avec cette entreprise et a référer a dautres clients

The “honest” efforts to help me deal with cancelling one item and correcting the other. Very courteous and a company I will continue to do business with. Great service and immediate customer service.

I am so disappointed with this company. My mother ordered two shopping bags that she saw on Facebook for myself and her and of course, when she received them, they weren’t even close to what was advertised. She sent a couple emails and received no response so then I had to jump in to assist her. The website advised to send an email for a return address and once you receive the address, you can then ship the item back.

I sent the email to Customer Service, and I received a response. The response stated that we are responsible to pay to have the items shipped back because their warehouse is located in Shenzhen city,China, and it will take about one month or more time for them to receive my return order, before they can submit the refund.

My mother’s order was $35.98 and the item look like it’s only worth $5. They offered a $20 refund and we do not need to return it to them and suggested that we resell it to someone else, or give it as a gift to your family or friends. If we aren’t happy with the product, why would we give it or even sell it to someone else.

It didn’t take 1 to 2 months for my mother to receive her shipment and it came from Irving,
Tx which is 15 - 20 minutes from where I live. So I don’t know why we have to return the items to China when the shipping address is right here in the United States. It is not our fault that my Mother is a victim of false advertising. The bag on the website showed someone shopping at the grocery store and they filled up the bag with a lot of items but the item my Mother received can only hold a gallon of milk, a carton of juice and maybe another small item.

My experience with this vendor was outstanding!

I got the replacement item and again it doesnt work..i am demanding a full refund...its about time this company stops selling items that do not work as advertised.

I tried this charger with my IPhone 13, because when I do my errands, I am always out of battery, with this portable charger lightweight, easy to use will make my day safe of information and playing my online games.

Ordered personal cooling fans for my car. They do spray any cool air as advertised. Asked for a refund and they suggested I sell them to a friend or family. What a joke.

I purchased the Aquarium battery cleaner, and I can honestly say it was a compete waste of money, it does NOTHING.

False advertising. Does not do what the picture shows that it’s supposed to do. It’s a stupid little tiny projector picture that only fills up maybe a plate size of your ceiling don’tbuy it. It’s a rip off.

does not work at all. Bottle won't stray, dumping on cloth does not work either

I've been using this shampoo for 2 almost 3 months and I don't see a difference. Please don't send anymore.
