I thought I was ordering AAA grade natural stones , instead I got synthetic , very pale in color and cheap looking glasslike stones . I'm very unhappy !

well there is always a nervousness when buying jewellery online.
In this case i had total wonderful support of the owner, with delicate changes and modifications, all this while keeping me in the loop with his goldsmiths and pictures, it was a great experience, and the peaces where therefore absolutely perfect and better than the pictures, stunning. I was insisting on their return policy, because you know, you never know, well i can tell that everything from making delivering after-service, all was very much cared of,
we changed our mind for a peace, and the return was absolutely flawless.

Awful Craftsmanship
Nothing was wrong with the shopping/purchase experience, and the ring was nicely packaged. However, the craftsmanship of the ring was subpar. The Jewels were set crooked. It seems to have been cheaply made by an inexperienced Jeweler. I don't think I ever wear the ring. It's a shame I wasted my money.
