Wat een waardeloos apparaat die cromecast. Constant problemen met de verbinding, gaat aan en uit wanneer het zin heeft, beïnvloed negatief apps en is altijd aan het rotzooien met het geluid.
Zou dit zeker niet aanraden.!!!!!
Heb later een Amazon tv stick gekocht. Werkt perfect en nooit problemen

Poor quality WiFi/Bluetooth drivers and hardware results in constant disconnections of the Chromecast. It was fine before Google ran updates this year. I never permitted updates. I can rarely connect with the home app either app as the Chromecast doesn't identify itself correctly to the home network. I'm sure they'd blame my phone, but that's a pixel so I'd agree it might be part of the problem (location services are on). Non Google products on my network are all fine and frankly, my router is really well set up. FYI, I have some historic hardware that gets identified fine on this same network. Slow clap Google.

Geen idee waarom Google dit slechte product blijft houden. Niemand lijkt er tevreden over en ik ook al niet. Ik ga nu op zoek naar iets beter

Chromecast TV is uitermate onbetrouwbaar. Ik heb het apparaatje net gekocht. Het blijkt al snel zeer onbetrouwbaar. Dan is het geluid weer niet te regelen, dan hapert er geregeld een stream. Dan blijkt - toevallig achtergekomen - dat je de gegevens moet verwijderen om de stream weer aan de praat te krijgen. Het is dat ik nog enigszins verstand van dit soort apparaatje kan opbrengen, maar voor een doorsnee Chromecastgebruiker een definitieve afrader. Hopeloos, ergerlijk, irritant. Weg ermee! Zonde van het geld. Google blijkt een regelrechte prutser. Zonde van het geld. Toch ten slotte maar een allernieuwste Chromecast aangeschaft. Maar na een dag bleek al dat dit dubbel zo dure apparaat geen enkele toegevoegde waarde heeft. De prestatie is absoluut niet verbeterd. Ook dit apparaat teruggestuurd. Amazon is een betrouwbare verkoper, zo is wel gebleken.

Kann nur für Deutschland sprechen. Massives Problem mit Google Chromecast, über 10 Tage mittlerweile Kunden frustriert. Tatsächlich haben oftmals Kunden selber Lösungen, wo man bei Google auf taube Ohren stößt. Für ein so großes Unternehmen ist es ein schlechtes Zeugnis! Mein Chromecast läuft wieder, aber sicherlich nicht durch die Hilfe von Google!

Jeg er virkelig virkelig træt af at man ikke får ordentlig besked iflg til nedbrudbruddet med Cromecast. Nu er det fredag, og den eneste artikel jeg kan finde, som er skrevet for 17 timer siden, - siger nu er der fundet en løsning. Jeg kan, som I slet ikke, få kontakt til Cromecasten, siden i søndags. Man betaler for adskillige streamingstjenester, men med en ubrugelig cromecaster. Og ikke meget udmelding om hvor langt i fejlfindings processen Google er, - så ligger i et limbo. Ikke alle har økonomien til at bare gå ud at købe nyt produkt, eller nyt fjernsyn. Det bliver sgu en lang weekend.

Can’t cast anymore! The only function of the device is to cast and now I can‘t do it anymore! Am I really supposed to just throw it away because google does not supoort it anymore? Not very sustainable of them…

A few days already but still doesn’t work.

This is so frustrating, 5 days now and still no fix or effective communication from Google. We could not watch anything for the 5 days. The lack of communication or urgency is very annoying. We are a google household, with several nests, chromecasts and google phones, but I am really regretting this now. If this is how they treat long term customers, its not ok.

Its difficult to cast pictures from the mobile to the tv.

Chromecast stoppede pludselig med at virke for to dage siden. Det viser sig at være et globalt problem. Google har her på 3. dagen stadig hverken fikset problemet eller meldt noget ud til kunderne. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte dem adskillige gange ad adskillige veje uden at modtage nogen form for respons.

It'll work ok for about a year. Then the batteries in the remote will start to play up. The new batteries you buy will last about a week. Pretty soon you'll be having to change batteries every day, and you'll be taking them out when not using the remote, so they'll last longer. Eventually you get to the point where brand new unopened batteries go flat as soon as you install them. My advice would be to buy anything over than Chromecast. Google obviously has contempt for their customers. Zero stars

Hopeless , this device stutters and crashes continually on most music tracks. I contacted google support - who were utterly useless. Kept trying to deflect blame, onto my broadband (fast fibre, 100 meg) or the router. Tried it in another house, exactly the same.

Later discovered a friend's does the same.

It's clearly a design problem. Don't waste your money.

Jeg har kun 5 apps installeret men alligevel går den tom for plads hvad sker der ?
Det er rigtig skidt da der før opdateringen ingen problemer var.

Bought Chromecast to cast HD streaming video from a PC to a full-size TV on the opposite side of the same room. Set-up appears straightforward, but casting just doesn't work. Google customer support is non-existent - no telephone support available and the online support is simply an endless loop of a few stock answers.
I finally discovered that the product doesn't work unless it's located within 15 metres of the router (it would be helpful is this was clear before buying!). After relocating the router the Chromecast is now 3 metres from the router which is directly beside the PC. Despite this, the presence of very high-speed broadband, and regularly rebooting Chromecast, the TV picture quality is occasionally good but normally blurry, and sound is stuttery.
I have been trying for several months to get a watchable TV picture, but this product is simply not fit for purpose.

I clicked on the 3 day free period. It said ds will not charge me anything (0e), so I entered my card. Immediately after a few minutes, I was charged 2 times for 1.25 e, and who knows how many more times they would have charged if I hadn't blocked it. SCAMM!

Everything works as should but it would be amazing if they add features like locking the remote button with maybe special gesture or hold a key for accidental click. Always have problems with clicking buttons when its been lost in bed. another issue is that is no continue waiting features in the home screen for my Crunchyroll app. Every other other streaming services have those like netflix, Amazon

Hvis I en dag skulle lykkedes med at lave en Chromecast, det virker mere en en halv meter fra routeren i mere end et par timer, så lad mig det vide. Indtil da, må jeg konstatere, at jeres grej ikke er til mere end at lukke op og s**** i!!!
